I'll have to admit to having a scene or two like that, Hael. Moments where, in all sensibility, I should've been worried about getting stitches, not bleeding on the carpet, attracting wild animals.
Though it's probably more detached interest in the biology when I really ought to be paying more attention. Surely everyone's had a moment or two like that though. It's healthy to be interested in your own body's workings, hm?
I'd probably be curious to open up a dead body and see inside, but stigmas about eating the dead haven't interested me. Doing a DaVinci on the bodies would be the closest I'd get. :/
However, there are some cultures with inhibitions about eating certain animals as well. If a human died of natural causes - especially something that can't be transferred from the ingesting of flesh - then what's the comparison to eating a so-called 'holy' animal or a pet? A dead stranger, completely severed from personification, as opposed to a dog with sentiments attached to it?

It's healthy to be interested in your own body's workings, hm? I suppose this is true. My most interested moments have been when I grew terribly ill and could barely stand, hallucinating thanks to these insane fevers I grew, because I knew whatever was happening to me was both bad and likely hospital worthy but I was again stubborn and just stayed cooped up in my room.
But I was so interested in how my strength could come and go in hot flashes. Except I was so out of it, I couldn't very well self analyze.
On that note, bed time. Can barely sit up. Fff good night.
