Underdark cultures aren't exactly know for their textile industries.
Most nobles are wearing stuff older than the Fortress.

Well Arthur is just wearing plain black clothing made out of the best materials the tailor had on him and a white silk shirt. He looks like your Avatar Az in colour wise, but the way I thought about it he almost looks like Squall XP
