My best friend's grandmother's ashes. After I convinced him with a pitifully small amount of money to soak most of them in kerosene and light them on fire. Ever-merciful, I allowed him a portion to keep for the sake of memory.
A pinch or two I mixed with my yogurt to sate my curiosity. I found it grainy and sort of... dirty. Like eating sand or dirt.
Technically I guess you could consider me a necrophagist, to a limited degree.

Yoshitsugu, I've caught s**t about hand gestures thanks to KB for days now.I thought you were talking about the snakes, not the hand signs. I have no problem with hand signs, since they're just another method of spell casting, like saying a long phrase or just standing there gathering magic.

Actually her parents were killed in some kind of choose your own adventure thing that Owlie ran. You must be thinking of the wrong orphan then.

Well, at least it's merely ashes. Honestly, the idea that some fathers eat the placenta after their kid's birth is a little freakier for me. Despite the fact that with ashes, you really have no idea which part of old lady you happen to be indulging in.
What provoked such odd curiosity though?
And why his grandmother?

Sokoya Ramak Ahhh, ******** all you LoL and HoN players, I stay old school. I had to uninstall Warcraft 3 because my antivirus read the war3.exe file as containing some sort of trojan. I should have ignored it, but I clicked remove and it got deleted. :/ So I had to uninstall it. But I figure that when StarCraft 2 comes out that'll pretty much be my new Warcraft 3.

I once did an overhand smash onto a table in the dark with some friends over, unaware there was a tack there. Pierced so deep in my hand, even though the hole was tinier than hell, blood flowed out and drenched my hand / ran down my wrist.
I should've been going "oh s**t that's bad need to clean it and ******** that's bad," instead I was fascinated with the sight of my own blood.

They were available at the time. He has his mother's ashes now, but they're a lot more personal and of much larger quantity. I don't think I could stomach that much dirt regularly, let alone that much dirt that used to be a woman I knew.
The curiosity stems from a curiosity of consuming the dead in general. I've always enjoyed the romanticism of ghouls and of peoples' reactions to them. The stigma and taboo of cannibalism is something I find interesting, but secondary to the consumption of the dead. I would never kill someone in order to eat, but I've often thought that if I did kill someone I might eat them just to terrify anyone else who drove me to that point.
Granted these are just fantasies. I'll never realize my dream. I'm an apathetic person with no ambition. heart

Disturbing conversation is disturbing.
The only dead things I eat are chunks of dead animals and plants. Humans sort of cross the line, as far as I'm concerned. >>
