Yeah. I had an idea for a weapon and I desperately want to pull it off.
It's incredibly godmodish when you get down to it but it's singular power means it's a believable weapon in the Bleach Universe.
I'm not sure about an RP environment though.

But of course. The idea behind the weapon is simple though. It's just not designed for an RP environment.
