Not sure if you already did something, but do you mean he is going to quit ShinRa? I guess he would do it over at the ShinRa Tower, the thread should be in the Midgar area.

Unfortunately, yeah. It is pretty dead...Not completely, but it's getting there. Still trying to keep posting and hope that it will get back some activity but, well..I guess we;ll see how it goes.
