Standing in the ring, Jay Blue Lightning paces around the squared circle with a mic in hand and a thoughtful look on his face.

"Now I have the chance to regain my reign at Smackdown's top one more time as I challenge are current WWF Champion, Blaze, within the rules of First Blood. Buuuuut.... Where has Blaze been? Since Decemeber, he has not shown up to work. So if Blaze pulls a no show... Will that mean that Smackdown never had a champion for a month? These precious titles that the WWF has created are made to create historical moments and give us pride. The WWF Title has lost all of that since Blaze won it. I went through a Hell that I didn't even know about when I had that title, and Blaze is probably somewhere on a damn Caribbian Cruise soaking up the sun or whatever the hell you do on those cruises." Jay shakes his head some as he then walks over and sits on the top rope. "Your title reign has been an Eclipse over Smackdown and the WWF.... It's time to bring the light back... as Lightning will strike twice." He says and drops the mic as he jumps down from the turnbuckle. and goes to leave the ring.
