Syoku took the spoon and help it, staring at it for a momment as if examining it, then grainned and went off to sit down and eat! "Nummy!"
Yasuo looked to Nyl curiously, putting the soup down as she readied himself, "They did something to my daughter...?"

"Oh, I was by no means implying to start right now. I was just curious. I'm also a bit curious as to what you're going to teach me first, since you're starting essentially with a blank slate."
She paused for a moment, then asked, "You will be the one teaching me, right?"

Seph smiled. "Glad you like it!" He smiled and took another sip. "Don't eat too fast, Syoku!"

Nyl could tell he was expecting bad news. "They didn't hurt her, she's fine. Alive and well and very hungry." She smiled reassuringly. "She doesn't seem to be mentally affected by it much, either." She sipped her tea again. "She's just...bigger. Whatever they did...she's the approximate height and...proportion...of a fifteen-year-old girl. But inside her head, she's still three." Nyl watched his face, not at all sure how he would react.

Syoku playfully stuck her tongue out at Seph, then continued eating happilly, at whatever pace she wanted.
YAsuo stared at her releive at first, then as she said Syoku 'grew' he looked horror striken. She got up, and ignored to pain in his fooot ans he walked a few steps facing away from Nyl. They ruined his daughter... htey made her older... but she still thought she was three...

All things considered, that wasn't such a bad reaction. Nyl stood, too, but didn't take any steps toward him.
"Yasuo...I won't lie and tell you I know what you're thinking. I don't. But whatever it is...she's still Syoku." Actually, she likes being bigger. She can reach things.

Yasuo shookhis head, then looked to Nyl, "Impossible... you're lieing... they didn't do that to my child..." A tear forced out of his eyes as she ignored the pain in his ankle and walked out of the room quickly, "Where is she...?"

Nyl followed him out, hesitantly putting a hand on his shoulder. "If you'll sit down and wait a minute or two, I'll go get her. She's probably been wanting to see you, too."

Syoku grinned to Mr. Sephiroth, "Yup-yup, Mr. Sephiroth!" She countinued slurpping on~
Yasuo stops, then shakes his head and runs off in search of his daughter. He wasn't thinking straight righ now, but oh well, as long as he found Syoku...

A man walked out of the forest. He was clothed in a normal travelers clothes which seemed baggy on him. he approached the dojo with little caution, a small black cat trotted alongside him. He stepped up onto the porch and into the main room.
" Nyaow? " Questioned the cat but all it got was a reproachful look from the man, who in the light was shown to be very elderly, as he looked about.

~Seph, Yasuo's heading your way. He's...not exactly thinking right. He's looking for Syoku.~ Nyl followed behind him at a slower pace, in case he fell or realized he didn't know where he was going.

"Ooooh the office... and the WATERFALL!" she explaimed excitedly. That was one of her favorite places so far... the other being the pond in teh garden, even if it had soaked her through the one morning.
