Hotari slunk into the Star, a puffy black coat wrapped around her small frame. She looked curiously around the room, but made her way to the bar. She smiled to Lena, not really recognizing her as she'd secluded herself away for so long.

Lena smiled to Hotari as she noticed her, she'd moved behind the bar to fix herself a drink.

Madison stood up and linked her arms around his neck in a friendly embrace.
saying a mere 'thanks' had hardly given her gratitude justice. Although she said anyway. Whispering it in his furry ear.
But first she would have to tell Charlotte. She pulled away half heartedly,his fur had been most warm and comforting much like that of a cup of hot choclate on a cold winter night.
I guess I'll have to tell my friend first though,I was ment to be home in an hour or two.
She said,laughing a little. She had only recently moved in with her only to let her know she may be moving on soon.
She turned to leave,resting a note or two on the table to pay for both their beverages.
It seemed the least she could do.

Hotari blushed slightly, unsure if Lena was the one to take orders or not. She slunk closer to the counter and looked over the bottles that sat on the shelves. She'd gone to the Star to try to get someone to make a batch of appletini that she could take home for her and Miyoko, and she glanced to Lena after a moment, keeping quiet still.

The wolf boy wisely said nothing about her paying for the drinks. He'd been yelled at more than enough times by his sister to know if a woman did somethig like that then they could handle thmselves and didn't need charity. But he'd still hold the door open for her when she left, even if he did get a smack in the snout for it.
Yi Xian winced slightly in anticipation and smoothed his fur down a bit where she'd put her arms around him. That would take some getting used to for sure, but he could endure it if it made her happy. He moved with her closer to the door and easily lifted his massive axe back over his shoulder, sighing in contentment when he felt the familiar weight there.
"Well then, shall we away?"

"can I get you something..?" Lena asked, turning to Hotari once she'd fixed her own drink.

Hotari blushed but giggled, nodding her head and curling a strand of hair around her finger. Hai...un...She glanced over the bottles again before leaning against the counter. I ... don't suppose you could make a double batch of appletinis to go, ne? Her voice was shy...Mousy. It was rather obvious that she was giggly inside and trying to stay calm, as her eyes sparkled moreso than usual.

Hotari smiled brightly and bowed her head to Lena. Thank you! she squeeked, shifting to sit on a barstool and watch.

Lena quietly moved around behind the bar, pouring and mixing thing for Hotari's appletini.

Hotari waited, humming to herself. She watched Lena a moment, then traced pictures on the counter, her fingertip leaving a faint blue colour behind it, which faded the more she drew. She looked back to Lena, watching silently. She still didn't quite recognize her, but could feel the slight connection in auras.

"I'll be right back..." Lena said to Hotari, before dissappearing into the kitchen. She'd finished preparing the drink but now needed something to put it in for her to take with her.

Hotari giggled and offered Lena a bow of her head, cupping her hands in her lap to wait for Lena's return. She continued to hum to herself, midn wandering to look for a reason for Lena's familiarity despite her not recognizing her.

After a few minutes, Lena came from the kitchen carrying a small pitcher type container with a lid. She poured the drink into the container and sat it down infront of Hotari, saying with a smile "there ya go... enjoy..."

Hotari giggled and nodded to Lena. Arigatoooo! she purred, slipping a small pouch from her boot. How much do I owe you? She giggled and dropped the pouch on the counter, her eyes moving to the other as she waited for a reply.
