No, I don't want to spar. I just want to get the first fight over with. So far, I'm attacking and he's defending. Its getting rather....tiring and I just want it to get more uppity or something...I want to know the outcome of the fight.

Ahh! Well, best o' luck, but that's the main draw of forum RP combat--y'gotta wait for the other person to post. It's not like chat RP, where you get instant results. xd

HighlyInterestin'. The question is, however, which character would I place desire upon entering.

Howdy, all, Akira and Anonymooo, glad to see you guys showed up.
By the way, Moo, I read some of your Void battles last night. Your art is awesome, and some of those "critics" are waaay too serious in their critiquing. I saw in one of your strips, or whatever you want to call it, people were commenting on the size and detail of your guys' arms, which you had a good reason for drawing it the way you did, and I completely agreed with you. Your style is just cool all around, and I like the pics in your sig.
Damn, Monseiru...I honestly don't remember, but I've been thinking this whole time that you were just uninterested, so it doesn't really ring a bell. I'd think I would have at least reserved you a spot in one of the branches and put (Paid) beside it. You ought to check your trade history, unless you deal with a lot of trades.
Akira, there are no real differences. They're just there so you're fighting people from an area with a style you're familiar with (usually), but you can enter a max of five character per branch. With that said, Cyringohn, maybe you'd like to enter more than one character?

That's the way to go. I miss that. The chatroom I used to go to got infested with noobs and it was pointless to try to have a fight. Last time I was in a tournament in chat, the guy holding it called off my fight, because in the last battle the guy couldn't come up with anything and just kept stalling and defending...
ATTACK ME ROVELL!

Clash Kiddick By the way, Moo, I read some of your Void battles last night. Thankya much, but don't worry about the critiques. xd They're there to help me, and they definitely have been--my art abilities steadily improve with each comic, and it's mainly from the help I get from the people on Void. Those nit-picky details are often what can make or break good work, and it's good to get every single thing down pat. 3nodding I'll be doing another set of three matches within the next couple weeks, as well as my first Beyond Battle (it's an individual, story-pushing comic) within this week. 3nodding

Chat RP, I can honestly say that I'm glad I don't do that any more. I like the leisurely pace of forum RP, even if sometimes you have to wait ******** HOURS to see a new post. xp

Is anyone else 'watching' the Garry vs Killey fight? If so, I have a question.
If someone casts an antimagic spell and cancels all magic in the sphere of influence, and the user that casts the spell loses his magical powers, then wouldn't the spell itself disappear? I mean, it seems to me that he has some control over it because it fades when Killey's character become exhausted.
Comments? Concerns?

Clash Kiddick With that said, Cyringohn, maybe you'd like to enter more than one character? Mayhaps. Though, to be honest, I'm a species accustomed to downsizing the quanitity of characters used within a single RP. However, I may accept an exception and use two different characters.
-Shrugs- Just somethin' I'll need to decide. o 3o

I've been reading it, D, and I think the anti-magic field sapped at his body and mental stability. I can see what you're saying, but the way he went about it didn't really concern me.
Mons, sounds good. I'll put you in the Barton branch.

Not all antimagic is specifically as stated. It could be generated much like a field that disrupts magical energies and the like, being produced by the single being. There are many explainations that could be used, in truth. An Antimagic Rune once activated doesn't immediately snuff itself out because the rune produces a field effect projected outwards from itself.
