lmao, that'll be fun to kick everyones a**. rofl Do you mean Player level or skill level? I got mine at PL1, and proceeded to use it to level up all my other stats like crazy. You might already know about it but THIS link is to the Oblivion Wikia, it has all this information, including the armor and cloning glitch.
