Hollis' eyes went wide. "Mara...NO. NO." She screamed. She cracked. "Mara, she will NOT die." She yelled, dropping to the ground.

the large shape aproached her.
Shadow stepped infront of her protecting her.
"not mara...the one you carry......mara was bait."

Hollis protected her belly, "Where the hell is Mara?" She asked, her eyes focused on the figure.

the figure aproached her and hissed
"mara......hmmm the little female angel?" he then turned to his side and pointed to a floating orb, inside a was a child, no longer an infant. she was curled into a ball. naked, in a deep deep sleep.

Hollis stepped back, peeping a her small tot. Tears were flowing down her cheeks by then. She gripped Shadow's shoulder, "Fix thissss" She whispered to him.

shadow began speaking again with the shadow man, for a while. they went back and forth. he then turned to hollis
"she lives....in the shadow realm they grow faster, and faster. her wings are growing now. holly go home...ill get her. I promise."

"If she looks over 2 years old when you get back, I swear..." Hollis hissed. Hollis wasn't sure how, but she did, escape into the shadows. She showed up back in her room.

shadow charged forwards grabbing the child. her body was limp in his arms. she was seven.
" jesus..." he said her face was beautiful, flawless, she wasnt hurt at all.
an arrow landed through shadows chest.his shoulder and his thigh. he kissed the girl the syrup leaking into her mouth as well.
appearing in the hallway of the inn. he held the seven year old child, bleeding all over her.
"holly!" he said loudly struggling to stay standing.
nick saw holly, opened his mouth to speak then moments later heard shadow. he jumped up.

Hollis ran over to Shadow. She yelled to Nick, "Get Alice!" She watched him. Alice needed to get the arrow out, quickly. She couldn't use her healing bead until then.

shadow laid the child on the ground. an aura appeared over her body as white angel wings grew from her back instantly, they were long.
alice was next to shadow in an instant. she ripped the arrows form his body and began healing him.

Hollis smiled at her daughter who was now walking. She was saddened at this thought. She pulled her healing bead from her bracelet and it turned into the blue vial.

mara lid there naked, her body and face flawless. she vopened her eyes gently.

Hollis rushed over to Mara and picked her up. She handed her to Nick, "Can you clothe her?" She asked, kneeling back down.
