"I'm doing fine, just wondering home from the bar, Rayne finished off what little wine I had when I arrived so I'm slowly walking out of being drunk, if that makes any sense." Stopping in front of her, "Yes a rather small clan it is, well sometimes I don't get out of the house, so much reading to do."

"As I said Rayne finished what I had on me, the way she acted you think she never touched it before, as to lucky, I will indeed concede that I am a lucky fellow." He thought for a moment, "But if you are in need of drink, I may have something. Hold on a moment." He began to rumage through his jacket, looking in his belt pouches, finaly finding what he was looking for he held up a small flask.

"Your welcome." He held it out for her to take. "I suppose you could be saying that because outside of training which takes more then practice but also study there is not much for one to do except go and see who is in tonight and who can tell a tale."

"Stories of that kind would only be good when everyone is so far gone that the only thing you'd remeber is a headache the next day." He pondered her question as he stared at the flask, "Well I study, a number of interesting things, a few ideas I may have to try sometime, but then actually training as summoning my ki and directing it well that's done on the target field, hell I've even had Giles shoot at a shield I created to see what would happen, very interesting results. As for the flask well I think its steel, probably silver etching."

"Oh I was smarter then that, I projected it away from me, I may be foolish and brash but when it comes to my life I try to keep safe." He sighed for a moment, "Sadly the shield burst, tore right through it, although I'm sure with more focus I could stop it."

"I'd sooner trust cold steel armour then magical enchantments if you don't mind me saying so. Of course used together you might be able to take a considerable pumeling. Most interesting, I shall have to come up with new ways of using this ability."

"Of course, but ideas are still worth persuing no matter how skilled one is. If I did not then I would not have a drive, as it is that I have ideas for using it then I shall as safely as possible test then under controled conditions." He pondered the universities of old, "Then you are trying to bring some of that back with your school."

"Everyone must have their dreams, no matter how foolish they may seem to others. It is inspite of ridicule that we achieve what we dream of." Tentatively he reached held the orb, he didn't know if it would burst in his hand or what. Drawing upon his own he made it flat along the orb to not intrude upon it but to hold it in place.
