(1. unless you are gonna use him a lot, then no
2. if you mean by CL, then not a tracking device, but they can track him by sattelite, it's how they knew where to send Travis, Zero, and Alpha on their respective assassination missions against him)

After an hour of driving around leisurely (or so it would appear to anyone who did not realize the car's truly low speed threshold), the black Camaro came to a stop, with a dreadfully bored Jin and Kate inside, next to a closed ice cream parlor. After waiting there for a full five minutes, at the side of the street, Kate grimly staring ahead and ignoring all questions, the neon lights of the parlor blinked on twice, before flickering off again. Since it was broad daylight, and the effect was so quick and already over, there was almost no chance that anyone would have realized it in the first place. Kate then pulled her Camaro around the corner and into a side garage attached to the parlor.

Sayuri pushed open the police door with her free hand. "C'mon guys." She said quietly. She'd never stepped foot in the police station before and it felt tense.

"Tch," was Kate's only reply. "You haven't known me long enough for anything." They were in the garage now, and the only door leading inside burst open as it was kicked in by a middle-aged, chubby, balding man wielding a twelve-gauge, pointed directly at the two of them.
"Nobody moves!"

Kate gave an 'Are-you-serious?' stare at the middle-aged man. She walked slowly to him, pushed the shotgun away with one finger, and shook her head as the man opened his mouth to ask a question.
"No, daddy," she interrupted the man, "this... guy, did not get me pregnant. Now may we pretty please come in?"
