"Darn it." Damien muttered between his violent coughs. His legs were shaking more than before now as they tried their best to keep him up and standing. He stared down at the blood on the floor, as he continued to cough up the blood. 'This isn't good....' Damien thought. 'Then at least...Clyde's venom in his system will start kicking in soon....So if I do die...it won't be for nothing. At least I did something.' He thought, really believing that he was going to die.

Luna looked like she was about to just lose it if this went on any further.
She pulled Damien into a hug, thinking that if he was going to die, then at least she would get to say goodbye.
"Please...don't die..." she said softly.

Tears welded in Damien's eyes. "I-I....I...I'll...tr-try n-not to..." He murmured his voice weak. He coughed again, blood splattering on the floor. Damien felt woozy and his eyes were now half closed. It was easy to tell he was trying to hold on.

"I-I...I wish I-I was m-more ca-careful...may-maybe this wouldn't o-of hap-happened." Damien murmured weakly. A tear feel from his eye, which he as surprised by it. 'I didn't think I could cry in my wolf form....' He thought. Damien's heart was beating quickly but weakly.

Luna was crying softly, still holding him close.
"What should I do now?" she asked softly, her voice sounding a little shaky.

Damien shook his head lightly. "I-I don't k-know..." He murmured weakly. He hoped he'd survive, but the fact he coughed up blood didn't help. 'C'mon Damien....is there something that could be done?' Damien thought in his head, searching for anything that might help him survive.

Luna sighed.
She was really scared right now, and anyone could tell. She was shaking slightly, her eyes wide and filled with tears.

'Nothing. Nothing at all. I can't think of anything that could help.' Damien thought, feeling hopeless. His eyes closed a little more, but he struggled to keep himself conscious. He was afraid that if he let himself go unconscious, that he'd never wake up again. Damien didn't want to find out.

Luna began singing in a quiet tone, the only thing she could do. Her melody was sad, but soothing. Her eyes began drooping slightly, her body slowly slipping back into unconciousness.

Damien was slipping, and it wasn't helping that her song was making him tired. 'Great...I can't let myself go unconscious! I can't!' He yelled in his mind, hoping to keep himself awake. His breathing was slow and uneven, as he fought against himself going unconscious.

Luna couldn't hold on. She fainted right then and there, obviously not doing too well herself.

Damien looked at Luna sadly. 'She fainted...' He thought getting worried about her. He ignored his worry for now and desperately tried to keep himself awake. It was harder than Damien would of thought to keep himself awake. He was slowly slipping into unconsciousness and he couldn't fight it for much longer.

Luna slowly reverted to her wolf form. She was panting slightly, her ears still drooping low.

Damien nuzzled into her fur whining slightly in concern. He was whining quietly so he knew he wouldn't wake her up. 'This isn't good...both of us aren't...doing good at all.' He thought.
