LilChibiusa I see that Kenny is now a Developer. I didn't expect to see you change roles so quickly, Kenny. I guess you must be doing a great job. Btw, I started wondering when I saw this Dev Notice: Quote: The interns are changing code! We hired some Dev interns and they just began making changes. The "Meebo" lab has been upgraded to permanent feature and the "Seasonal Lab" was never updated and not useful so we removed it. The "Footer display" option on this page: http://www.gaiaonline.com/account/preferences/ might need to be adjusted: "Yes" means the new ("Meebo" footer). "Old footer" is the one that (sorta) looks like Gaia. Another Dev intern fixed some of the "report" links at the bottom of Forum Topic pages and some of the common problems for Moderators+Admins. He's working to make life easier for Mods (which means faster responsiveness for users who report). We've removed about 70k lines of code related to the old GIM. It won't make the site run faster, but it will allow Devs to work faster. More updates to come! I couldn't help but think that you had some part in this, Kenny. Were you the one who fixed the report links. Seeing as how you were a mod for a very long time, it seemed to me like fixing mod problems would be one of your chief concerns. (I'm so proud of you!) whee heart pirate

I had an excellent interview yesterday for a clerical job at an insurance office, and I had an even better phone interview this morning for a position as team leader for a tea shop that's opening up soon. I got a 2nd interview with the tea shop, but it should be a while before I hear anything about the insurance job. Hopefully I'll be employed soon too! Goodness knows I've been waiting far too long for opportunities like these.

I'll let you know if I get a job and a chance to shine as well. Although, I can already tell you that any job that I get won't come close to being as cool as your job is.

When I first joined this guild, I wasn't sure what Gaia was really all about. I bumped way too much back in those days thinking it was a game. If there was a feature to search your posts within a guild, I'm sure I could find some really odd ones as well. blaugh
Hey, Kenny! That's an idea! Use your magical coding skills to make a feature so that you can search posts by users within a guild. heart
