Yes, you have a good point Vizzle, but when the other rp'er pretty much misses massive amounts of important details on a scale that is almost seems freaking deliberate, you tend to lose patience and go into that phase after awhile.
Besides, Fier has went out of his way to call me countless insults when I wanted to get a judges opinion on something, and he doesn't take my word for granted, or at all for that matter.
I have to point things out like this, even though I REALLY don't like to, because of the opponent.
You're absolutely right that people should attempt to avoid these scenarios, but when faced with a situation like this, then it's an entirely different scenario.

Darth is just being a meanie.
Tenkai already said that Fier should have taken that first uppercut. What's Acro supposed to do if not reciprocate when his opponent is douching out of all his moves? It's not surprising to see someone who wants to win ( and is relatively new to the whole thing ) dropping to that level to "stay in the game" especially when he can't trust entirely that the Judges won't vote for Fier because Fier is more popular.
The fight could be a lot, lot worse actually. I think I recall them fighting and Fier going "WELL IF U DUN LIEK IT, CALL JUDGES" and then calling them himself a few minutes later after Acro ignored the bait and just kept fighting.
That's mostly why I like the fight, because it's a "veteran" having so much difficulty with a "n00b".

No, when faced with a situation like this, you just talk to him in PMs until you work something out. The judges are a LAST resort. Fie is a really, really nice guy, actually. I bet, if you went to him with a really understandable issue and approached him in a kind manner, he would try to help out. But the problem, as his holiness Vizzle noted, is that you guys are not playing against each other in an even remotely respectful manner. And all the one-upmanship has made it likely impossible for you guys to settle something without being morons about it.

Acropilis Did you actually read any of my posts? It takes two to tango dood, and this dood is making things rather difficult. You'd experience the same thing if you fought me at my worst while you we're at you're prime. The fight would be 'piss poor' because the differance in thinking. Of course I did screw up at first by making the lightning spear thingy when it wasn't possible, but thanks to the reset, I'm in the clear on that. Also, I was man handling even afterwards with no powers even during the screw up. I can pick through things fairly quickly if you want. Acropilis Once again, halt the clock here, seeing as Cyrus waited till James got close and then moved forward in only a few freaking feet with the hop forward (and yes this was mentioned clearly if the post was actually read all the way through), there would be no time to arc in anticipation of this counter, and even so, James would still have to c**k his arm back which was where the pin took place.
-MP: 0- Quote: Wait a freaking second, what? How was this possible? James was running towards Cyrus, meaning his weight was moving forward. For him to dodge in such a manner, while even making an after-image, would be impossible since it was beyond human capabilities, even at their finest. Even if he left a flaming after image, the distance he could have traveled within the parameter of the 8 feet range Cyrus made indefinitely (since the run wasn't fixed and was adjusted to James's movement) was not enough considering the arc, speed, power, and range that was made with the seven foot lance. At the very least he would be skimmed, but that was even stretching it since the speed necessary to change direction enough to get out of the arc would be rather difficult to attain. Quote: For James to do that, he'd have to close the gap he just freaken made with his own 'Explosive Punch'. Meaning he'd have to run some ten feet and do this move, and thus there was no way he could close that distance fast enough for him to nail Cyrus as he was getting up. Cyrus had time, time enough to get up and quickly prep his already electrically charged right arm (which still had remaining energy from the half-completed Dual-Electric Leg Taser) to be ready to release volts of energy with enough power to taser someone completely. OH HAY. YOU'RE ******** DOING IT WRONG. At almost NO point in a fight should this sort of retarded s**t ever come up. You should not have to ARGUE THE PHYSICS OR MECHANICS OF AN ATTACK in a post THAT ******** often if you're "doing things right" or "fair and square." You know what you should do? DERP communicate with your ******** opponent when there's a breakdown in shared vision/logic so you can figure out the problem, and either compromise, or seek a judge intervention, instead of acting like a bunch of retards trying to hump a doorknob by way of posting back and forth "IC" posts that are essentially dictating the validity of a technique or move. That sort of discussion should be OOC, so you can work things out, make edits, and move on as smoothly as possible. Of course, you're not the only one doing that. It does take two to tango, and that's why you're both, in the context of THAT fight, being ******** retarded. It also doesn't matter who started doing it first, what matters is that no one is being smart enough or mature enough to step up and try to change things, and neither of you are willing to simply let the fight lay and allow it to be judged without further posts, which would be the best option. I might be an a*****e, but you can ask anyone who has fought Deitric; I'm generally pretty goddamn communicative OOC about what's going on in the fight so that things go as smoothly as possible, which is why in three whole years of playing the character (as of this October), I've only needed ONE judge call, and that was relatively minor. tl;dr: doin it wrong, ******** communicate and both of you should stop acting like jerkoffs because it's not going to net you any favor with the judges when they read through that pile of s**t.

You mean when you want to go regurgitate what you've read you go find fellow students or professors.
Whereas I haven't attended those fancy classes, so I invent my own view of things. 3nodding

And it will be quite the ironic book, you writing about me saying writing is an imperfect form of preservation.
But then you're the student who's learned all about writing and whatnot, so you probably know a lot more then I do about how flawless it is!

If the uppercut isn't ''CHARGED BY THE POWER OF THE GODS IN WHICH THAT INSTANT IT EMITTED A BLUE AURA THAT TRIPLED IT'S POWER", then ill gladly take it.
Anyways, that MvC3 trailer was sick.
