The Darth Vizzle Marc Antony probably had more to do with the public getting pissed than the deification. With the whole "reading Julius's will aloud when it was in HUGE favor of the people" and "showing the crowd his bloodied and rent toga." Then again, I think they were already rioting prior to that, but it just intensified as time went on. Of course, as for Augustus, he did have to fight; Marc Antony was off in Egypt, which was a huge source of grain in the ancient world, and wasn't very friendly to Augustus anymore. Of course, that's nowhere near the same as the full-fledged civil war that Julius went through, but it's not fair to say that Augustus secured his seat of power without ever having to fight anyone. Wasn't this due to Antony totally ditching his sister for Cleopatra?

The Vansin I'd refer you to the players guide. Once you really get a handle on the mechanics of the game, you find that the numbers tend to equate to what you're trying to do in the game. It's rare for you to try to do something and have the mechanics of the game really impede you. in short, it's a reasonably simple system that effectively emulates magical medieval life. Niore- When I talk D&D, I almost universally talk 3.0-3.5. I've never actually played 2E. old school D&D is vastly different from the new school.

Can someone come read my fight and tell me what the hell Fier is thinking, half his posts do not make sense to me or the situation.
I think it's because he's not reading my posts completely and missing significant details. OR perhaps it's me? Can someone just read it :/

Wasn't this due to Antony totally ditching his sister for Cleopatra? That was the reason Augustus used for the senate publicly declare war on "the foreign queen of Cleopatra." They didn't want to declare war on Marc Antony because that would be considered civil war since he was still a Roman governor.

Old Man KB If you keep posting the way you are Acro, I won't be surprised if you win. Which is really, really sad. xd Acro has improved, extremely, I might add. I mean, the last time I fought him, he tried to kill Nurgle, and all this jazz. It was quite stupid.

Of course, they were entirely right to declare war on Antony. He was planning to essentially secede from the "Republic" and take over the east Mediterranean.
So he needed an a**-whooping, they just had to get the proper information to prove his intent.
Also, I still hold by my earlier statement. Cyrus v James = retarded, no winners, only varying degrees of losing. Whoever loses least gets to move ahead.

The Darth Vizzle Whoever loses least gets to move ahead. This is why they should fear any input I have on the fight as far as judging goes.

Turtling only works in cold water I thought?
Magical retracting penises? Large mammals have that, especially if they are aquatic in nature. Something to do with losing body heat.
