SubonicXP I believe it, on the lawyers part. The Venezuelian government has not been shy about their true goal, a complete socialist (if not communist) society. There is a reason why they just love good ole communist Cuba. They won't stop until no one owns anything privately and the state owns it all. Sorry if I'm being harsh, I just hate seeing power hungry people ruining peoples' lives. Seems to be happening everywhere these days. You? Harsh? I don't think I've ever seen you be 'harsh' Sub~ You're right, it pisses me off too. They are just sort of "adapting" in any way they can to get money even though it's destroying it bit by bit and, the thing is, it's probably going to be hard to get to that peak of 'no more solutions to gain more power/money' simply because of how much money Venezuela does make Dx It's just not valuable anymore.

Hm...where oh where... ~amazing~ 3nodding where oh where indeed Dx Yep, gasoline is basically free here - though you'll see long lines for that too any time of the day and you gotta be careful not to get robbed while in line... Lol, my mom is a teacher at a school here, one time when she was telling stories she said that a kid in her class exclaimed "why would I study after I graduate here? the president didn't." XD The government also has a nasty habit of cutting any show on TV that starts bashing them some how and show /their/ own channel instead of the regular tv show. One time that my grandma didn't want to change the channel, cause it usually ends soon, I had to put up with it during lunch but I swear it gave me a stomach ache. Also, they keep giving fake excuses like "it was this one company that did one bad thing one time and so all companies are like that" or something alike. .... For example, there are some social networks (I think it was tumblr or twitter) that if it knows you're from Venezuela then there are some extra blocked words - notably what we call what happened with the mob. (IDK what the word is though, since I don't pay that much attention) the point is, they are trying to hide stuff even online :C

Well the lake is pretty ugly but at least the atmosphere is still rather clean. And we do get awesome thunderstorms. But yep. Oh and idk if people there are as ignorant as people here. I don't think people here are stupid, they just don't know better and find it easier being that way (to get money/etc.) they just settle because they haven't had better.

They COULD do something about it - but people are just lazy.
Besides, humans in general underestimate their ability to make things happen as a whole. We can be very pessimistic simply because success is slow-coming and is often interrupted by disasters Px

Today I ended up adding 500.7+342.7 = 843.2 (did it in my head) for a group work we were doing, when someone checked the work and I realized the mistake I laughed along - but seriously laughed like I hadn't in months. It was almost embarrassing if there hadn't been so much chaos already. It was refreshing.
