Cam smiled, and got up. In less than half an hour, they had arrived at the cafe. He entered and sat down at a table with the twins. He kept staring at Hikaru's hair, but turning away with a slight blush whenever she looked to him. He was not sure why, but he seemed to like looking at her. Plus, she was nice to him, and strong and smart as well.
[The food here is so good, you guys should eat lots, Mr. Lino told me I can eat here free anytime]

a few tables away, a large furry of a guy was yelling at Lino. He looked to be ursine(Bear) and was cream-colored. He had a large bushy ponytail tied with a very feminine yellow ribbon bow, and he had a purple streak in his bangs. He was wearing a fuchsia tank top and faded blue denim. He stopped yelling for a bit, then stood up, holding a large and pretty spear pointed at Lino. "Alright then, you happy now old man? Here's a spear of mine, you still want to play with my pole while I am trying to enjoy my food in peace!?"

Cambyses was reading his menu when he heard the scuffle nearby. He looked over and gazed with concern as the furry guy stood pointing some sort of weapon at the cafe owner. He looked to the twins
[Are they going to fight here? I hate fighting, I thought people only came to a cafe to eat and drink]

A loud defining roar shook Kyosuke from his meditation. He quickly stood and ran into the court yard where he looked around. He didn't see anything. He hopped up into a tree to get a better view of the area. By this time everyone at the shrine was in the courtyard. He looked on in shock as several huge mushroom clouds rose up in the distance. He looked up as they entered the stratosphere. It was too late to stop Satsujin's game. He stood in the tree a moment before he came to his senses. There had to be millions dead already. He jumped down. "Everyone get inside, now." "Why? What happened?" The old man asked. "No time to explain. We need to get inside now. Preferably to a place with a TV." "My room has one." Said one of the girls. She was rather pretty he thought. Long black hair and still in her uniform. They went inside the house behind the shrine. Kyosuke was a little worried it wouldn't protect them from the fall out. They rushed into the girls room. Kyosuke knelt before the TV, turned it one and switched the channels until he landed on the news. Everyone watched silently as the thermonuclear attacks were shown. One was a repeat of live news footage in the Osaka area as the chopper caught a the shock wave of one and went down. The reporter stated that there were explosions in Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Nagano and that the death tole was estimated in the tens millions.

Vain was leaning his back to a wall in an allyway; eyes closed and head bobbing to his music player. A brief moment later, Minoto came running to him. Taking his head phones off, Vain stood straight up, then opened his eyes to look at Minoto. "What's the situation."
"Explosions, lots of em. From what the others seen, there were attacks at Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Nagano."
"Damn. What could have caused them?"
"Can't be sure, we don't want to risk contamination by getting too close to the sites. Imuzi will see what he can do with the Immortal Dragon, but I dunno if our ship has anything to detect for what kind of bomb was used." The cyborg scratched the back of his head.
"Well, we don't know who did it. It could be the Black Star Nations work, or just some human terrorists. Until we get more info, wait for further orders."

Cam's eyes glazed over and widened as the shadow puppets appeared all over the restaurant as the explosions went off, and he held an expression of fear on his face as he jumped out of his seat. The shadow puppets were all closing in on their table, their target being Cambyses, and he looked to the twins frantically

Nergal was over to the table in an instant, skewering shadow puppets all around. within two minutes, he had the place cleared. He stood looking over at Cam's table with a huge grin "I'm good, aren't I? Yes, no need to thank me people, all in a day's work..." The remnants of the shadow puppets pieced together, rising back up again, and continuing their advances. "What the ********> He was hit from behind unexpectedly as a host of blood puppets rose from the ground. These looked much more fierce and intimidating, and their power was much greater. He rolled aside, then leaped, landing next to his buddies at his table. He growled as he held his spear, bringing it up to meet the claws of one of the monsters.

Hikaru stayed seated as she chanted and filled the room with holy light. Soon an opaque white orb emanated from her table, it caused the shadow puppets to disintegrate on contact.

Nergal was slammed to the ground by one of the demons as the white light filled the room. The shadow puppets were gone, but he still had a blood puppet on top of him, trying to tear into him "Damnit, get the ******** off of me!" He kicked it hard, sending it into the air, and skillfully flipped his spear up, skewering it through the head "Alright, my turn!" He leaned sideways and charged around like a linebacker, shoulder first, skewering the blood puppets through the head quickly. Each one shrieked then disintegrated as the spear pierced the cranial core and ruptured it. Within a minute, they were all taken out, ande he had a nice patch of bloody fur on his shoulder. He looked at his ruined food, which had been knocked to the floor during the scuffle "Damnit, they ruined lunch! Now I'm pissed!" He sent a glare toward the Twins "Would someone please tell me what the ******** is going on here!? What the hell were those things, and why the hell did you just sit there and let me do all the dirty work?" He walked over to the table but tripped of some spilled pasta, falling onto Cam. He blushed profusely and quickly got up, helping him up "Oh, um, sorry there, I didn't mean to slip, um, I'm Nergal. Are you alright?" He leaned around and patted Cam on the butt "You look fine to me. I'm so sorry, how about I buy you some ice cream? I'm still hungry myself" He turned to the Twins "Eh, yu two with him? Cuz I ain't paying for you guys, I ain't a bank"

Haru smiled at the bear-man's question. "You seemed to have the situation well in hand." Was all he replied. He took another sip of his rootbeer float, which he was rapidly becoming addicted to.
Hikaru thanked Nergal. "Monetary compesation will not be a problem. As for our friend, I believe his ice cream was 'on the house.' We know nothing of the shades though." She turned to the mute. "Are you alright Cam-kun?"

Cam looked to the newcomer with confusion, and he jumped slightly as his butt was pat. He turned to Hikaru with a soft smile

Nergal made a face as he got steemed from the twins' comments. But the smile of the boy, Cambyses, made his expression change from pissed off to a blush. He was cute, and sweet, and the fact he was mute made him irresistable in his eyes. He grinned "Uh, sure, whatever. anyway, what the hell si the deal with those things? I ******** am in Earth Realm one ******** day and I can't even enjoy a food without being attacked. Sheesh, Miss Patwinka never said anything about this" He grabbed a chair as some fratboy was about to sit down and pulled it away, causing the guy to fall on his butt. He sat down between Cambyses and Hikaru, a big grin on his face as he ordered up a round of banana splits "You people do like bananas, right? Cuz I sure as hell do! So you better not complain, cuz I'm payin"

This thing annoys me greatly, I am leaving. Haru flashed out, leaving his sister alone with the others. She cleared her throat, "Well it seems as though I must be going. Cam-kun, If you needed any help with your English homework, you may stop by my house later." She stood and gave a polite bow. She waited for Cams response before leaving.

Shizue had almost fallen for some middle aged pervert's attempts to get her to a love hotel. He tried to touch her butt. Her armor stopped him. When she realized what he was doing she grabbed him by the wrist flipped him around and got him into an arm lock and forced him to the ground just as Honey spoke. "I'm fine... I got lost trying to return to Koori-san's home."
