Nah, going to try something completely different. >> And the ogre was pro. He fell on Sokoya and I basically imagined "omnomnom" as he crushed her.
But no.. I'm trying to decide on what my next character will be for a tournament. I was thinking of possibly using Striker, but I'd have to find an acceptable use for psionics that weren't completely over-powered.

Very few people know how to play demons or devils right.
God forbid I ever decide it worth my time.

The Vansin Okay, okay. I'm all for people taking portfolios that don't belong to them. But I mean, steal the Gnoll portfolio and then shape yourself to look like one? What, being a demon prince isn't good enough? If I was a infinitely more awesome being than the creatures who worshiped me, the last thing I would do would be to exist in their image. At least not in my spare time. It's cool if you look like gnolls when you're around them. That's just good business practice. Looking at it that way, I agree. I don't have any sort of attachment to Yeenoghu, nor to Gnolls. I just wanted a character that was unique in a way and I have yet to see a gnoll around Commerce. Granted, Yeenoghu also subjugated the King of Ghouls.

Hey, I like your character, Anima.
Or maybe I just like that you can write. Either way. I'll enjoy what you do with him.
Also, I think the king of ghouls has too cool of a name. Not to mention, that paradigm definitely feels like it should be the other way around. Gnoll owning a ghoul? Ehhhh?

My only (recent, though never used) character wasn't even a demon in the strict sense of how people view it.
I never finished his history though, simply because it took too long to transcribe the history of the War in Heaven from the Fallen rulebook.

The Judges have basically come out and said they failed at screening characters this year, but that they make up for it through JUDGMENT.
That is to say, just because you made it in with something doesn't mean if you use it ( like an asshat ) that you won't be losing the Judge's votes.
Speaking of votes, this should just be reduced to a vote system with an odd number of Judges. Let the point system be a voluntary addition Judges can do on the side, since there's no way to prove they aren't allocating points with bias anyway.

I'm pretty sure Vin TRIED to gimp me in profile grading.
Or that there were two sets of profile grading that followed completely different lines of thinking, or something.

Yeah, I've seen some pretty OP profiles get approved.
Except, you know, mine. T-Rex Wizards are just too much.

@KB: The Judges didn't really fail with my profile, i don't think, because i had to tone down the sharpness of my character's sword and explain away his running speed and strength and stuff. Though, then again, I'm just used to the particular character I'm using in this tournament being an immortal self-evolving god-thing that I use in novels and short stories.
