Very good. Just a few more questions... What does an average Water Jutsu require, aside from a Nin and chakra?

He laughed, putting his hands back behind his head.
~Nyl, a while back, you said I could officially consider myself being tested. I was.. wondering how I was doing..~ He felt that using the forbidden ijutsu had seriously put him a step back, if not failed him completely.

Clow smiled, and nodded before he jumped off the roof, and lifted his hand, seeing his pyrefly had returned to him, sinking into his flesh becoming part of his chakra again. He then made his way for the fountain and sat down beside Eli, now closer...and Eli seemed lonely.
"Good one...Now let's see what else he has in store for her..."
Apart from himself being a genius, so was Nami. They made one of the best pair ups/teams. Smiling some, he watched, glacning back and forth between them.

Nyl thought about this for a few minutes. ~Well, it wouldn't really be fair of me to tell you...but I will say that you don't really have anything to worry about.~
She smiled at him, then slowly stood up again, heading for the front door. She felt as though the world was going on around her and all she could do was sit and watch - she felt left out. So she was going outside.

Moving from the lake and onto the porch, Tutsumi sat down on a chair next to Nyl, letting her see him in his full form. Showing her his nails, which were dark and sharp, his teeth which were now fangs, his dog-like eyes, his pointed ears and the five tails that flowed behind him.
"This it the Gobi you were asking about. I can still go one step closer and take his form but that's a bit too risky."

Seph blinked, then nodded, following her out. He looked at Tutsumi, rather surprised. He recognized his chakra, but that was almost the only thing he recognized. He pulled his gaze away, then moved to the railing, leaning against it. He sighed softly, popping his neck.

Nyl looked at Tut for a long moment, blinking a few times. "...Oh. Okay." She wasn't up to nearly her usual mental speed. She sat on the bottom porch step, leaning against the railing and watching Neko, Nami, Clow and Eli. She still felt distanced, but at least she could see everyone.
