"CODY!" Jack shouted. "Well we went to Shadow base and Ms. Maddy blew it up and..." His voice trailed off, he choked up.

"Hi Mr. Cody!" Sammy called from her spot on the floor beside Memo. She patted Memo's head; was he dreaming or something. "Yeah, what Jack said..." Sammy nodded, looking down at the ground.

"So... They did it..." The rest trailed off in his thoughts. "Good job guys," he said and smiled. "I'll be... Outside or something... I guess," Cody continued and headed out the door, letting Aipom and Flareon out of their pokeballs. He buried his face in his hands and went into a depressing state of mind, thinking about everything that had happened. He could see it all. Something was going on with him. It was like a motion picture of the past running through his head. It was all in full detail. The team's destruction of the cannon. Maddy and the bomb. The explosion. Everything. "What do I do?" Cody rhetorically asked his two pokemon who were drifting off to sleep beside him. He needed someone to talk to, but who would understand him?

Sammy looked down at Memo, then back up to where Mr. Cody had just exited. She sighed; she knew she had to go out there. "I'll be back," she said to both Memo and Jack. She went out the same way Mr. Cody had, and she saw him standing there. "Uhm... Is everything okay?" She asked, a curious yet comforting look on her face.

"I saw what happened... Everything. Every little detail. I saw it all." Cody said into his hands. "I need you to be honest with me. After I disappeared, it got bad, didn't it?" He needed to know if his visions were true.

Sammy didn't know what to say to that. Had he had a... vision? "Y-... Yes.." She choked, her voice jumping an octive in the middle of the word. "...But it'll be fine.." Sammy assured, putting her hand on his shoulder.

"She isn't coming back, is she?" Cody simply asked. He didn't kinow what else to say. In the end, he knew it was true. She had passed away and it had probably been in vain. No one knew the outcome. Shadow could pop up randomly in the future and their efforts today would've been made futile. Just a simple waste of time.

Memo felt a gentle lift from under him he kept on dreaming about his first pokemon contest
"OK!!! WEVE A VARIETY OF AMAZING APPEALS SO LETS KEEP THE SHOW GOING!!!!
NOW MAKING HIS DEBUT IS A FORTREE NATIVE...MEMO!!!!"
Memo sighed and breathed heavily as he ran out on stage almost tripping
He caught his footing and prepared himself
"Ok Swablu SHOWTIME!!!!"
Memo yelled as he threw out Swablus pokeball and she was realeased him
Swablu popped out of its pokeball and a flurry of white ribbons surrounded her
It was spectacular...but Memo froze
"Uh....uh...."
Memo choked up and teared up as a figure with a mask was in the crowd
While Memo was dreaming this memory...(or was it) he teared up in real life as well as he lay down unconscious

Sammy sucked in a huge breath, not sure what to say. She was supposed to be the 'tough guy' when it came to emotions. She reached into her pocket quickly, in a panic, and pulled out her 'panic meds', as she liked to call them. She popped five, no, six into her mouth and stood, motionless... She was still shaking, though.. Death, life, death, life.... Both were reasonable choices. Daddy! Her own voice from a year ago screamed in her head. She let out a small sob before she ran into the pokemon center, unable to control herself. She dove into one of the chairs, pressing her face against the cushion so no one could see her terrified face. The ship was crashing again. She clutched onto the cushion with her fingernails and acted like she was crying; it was better than looking insane.

Cody looked up to see Sammy run back into the pokemon center. "What the-" he cut himself off and instinctively followed her. "Sammy, what's wrong? What happened? Are you ok?"

Memos tear soaked face was now blushing
The dream stopped....time froze....Memo stared at the masked figure as he was the only one able to move besides Memo
Memo cried and ran as fast as he could....but as he ran outside he was waiting there as well
"....what do you want..."
Memo said quietly as he was sobbing....the masked figure moved toward Memo and said quietly....
"To beat you always and forever..."
As the masked figure said that Memo went blind and heard nothing but voices saying how he wasnt as good him and how hell never be beat her...
As this played in Mmeos mind the tears now rushed out of Memos unconscious body

Sammy nodded a bit as she "cried" into the cushion. Her anti-depresents were finally kicking in, and she felt the pain subsiding. The memory of that night slowly faded away. "I'm fine now; sorry. To answer your question-" she motioned towards him, "Ms. Maddy will be fine!" She assured, smiling weakly. She then saw Memo. "Memo?!" She called, running over as she saw his tears.

Memo tried to block the voices out
"STOP!!!!!LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!"
Memo tried to block them out but they were to lous....until a girls voice screamed Memos name
"Memo!"
He heare this call....the call from a friend...
He opend his eyes and saw Sammy looking at...
"Sammy...were you crying?"
Memo asked worridly as he saw dried tears on Sammys face and didnt notice his

"Me? Cry?...Yeah, right." Sammy pretended to laugh. "The dust from the desert is getting to me, I tell ya. Are you okay? You were sobbing and... well, knocked out." Sammy looked him over worridly.
