"Hmm..." Khalid was silent for a very long moment before turning to Vadin. "If your story is to be trusted, than this wound isn't the cause..." He paused, then gestured towards Ryou, waving a hand in front of the boy's face. The reflectionless black eyes didn't even blink. "...of his current state." He motioned towards the Millennium Ring that he wore. "These still work in this room, you know that? I can change Ryou's memories with the Millennium Ring, if you want. Of course, you'd have to add something to our deal. Hell, I'd even change the boy's mind so that he doesn't remember you inflicting any pain on him, which would take care of him being broken, and then plant a feeling of deep desire towards you, Vadin..." Khalid smiled slyly, casting a glance towards Kira. "Bakura did it to me and other people before. I'd make sure to take out memories of ever being in a relationship with Kira..." He trailed off to allow this to sink in. "Unless, of course, you would consider that bad. That if you love a person, you should allow them to love you back. If this is a matter of his free will, however, and Bakura's deal, don't worry. Since you broke Ryou, it's already off. So, what will it be, Vadin...?"
Vadin looked emotionally pained. He was in an albino form, with paper white skin and hair, pink-tinted eyes, he almost blended into his white surrondings. His current gender was hard to tell, since he had somewhat long-ish hair and wore baggy white clothes that didn't show any determinating parts. This was a very tempting offer for him... but still. It wouldn't feel right if he just forced Ryou to like it. It seemed that the boy had been rubbing off on him, since before he had, indeed, captured Ryou and kept him close against the boy's will. Vadin shook his head weakly. "No..." He said softly, biting his bottom lip. "It wouldn't be right. Can't you just take away his memories of what happened lately so that he's just not broken...?"

"Khalid you mess with ryou's head I will somehow kill you.." she said bluntly 'well...im trying to anyways..' she thought to herself.

"I'd like to see you try..." Khalid muttered, placing his palm against Ryou's forehead. The Millennium Ring began to glow, and he first lashed out at Kira to stun her until he was finished. Then he dove down into Ryou's mind, easily finding the memories he intended to change.
Ryou's eyes flashed when the Millennium Ring glew, life forming in his eyes. "No--!" His garbled cry fell on deaf ears, and all Khalid did was put more strength behind his hold. Ryou's head snapped backwards, and he cried out in pain as the back of his head hit the wall. He did nothing more to stop Khalid after that. He screamed in pain as the Millennium Ring's glow brightened, and then abruptly fell silent. Khalid moved away, wondering how it could have been that hard to change a person's memories.
Vadin had done nothing to stop Khalid, staring in a stunned silence at his actions. Only when Ryou screamed out did Vadin react, although it was too late, since Khalid was already moving away. Vadin fell to his knees, putting a pale hand on Ryou's shoulder, still biting his bottom lip. "Ryou...?" He asked softly, uncertain of exactly what Khalid had done, what he had altered. Ryou's face was buried in his hands, and his whole form was trembling. "Are you okay?"
"It hurts..." Ryou whispered, his voice muffled. He lifted his head slowly to look from Vadin to Khalid and over to Kira. "W-why does it hurt? Where am I? Please, someone tell me what's going on..."

Once kira was able to move shehad a tight hold oh khalids neck WHAT DID YOU DO!" she yelled at him angerly.

"I don't have quite as smooth control over the Millennium Ring as Bakura does..." Khalid muttered, frowning slightly. "So of course some pain is to be expected after I ripped out those memories. Or he could just be talking about his head..."
"Khalid... and Kira..." Ryou muttered, looking at each person as he spoke their names. Khalid had dug a little too deep, and took out all memories up until he planned on going to England. Plus he took out what Ryou remembered about liking Kira. He still remembered the people, though, and knew how he knew them. But Khalid hadn't been able to find out how to make Ryou have feelings for another person. He gazed at the albino before him with a frown. He seemed as though about to slip into unconsciousness. "Who are you...?" He asked faintly, wondering if it was proper for this stranger to be hugging him like that.
Vadin had tried to make Ryou a little more comfortable, and smoothed down the boy's hair gently, wondering what he could do about his head wound. "I'm Vadin..." He said softly, wondering if Ryou would know him to be a demon. He didn't expect the boy to smile faintly.
"Always nice to meet a new person... Pleased to meet you, Vadin..." Ryou barely muttered, before fainting, his head rolling backwards.

Kira quickly tossed khalid away before he hit the ground and cought ryou.She sighed softly.

"Will he be okay?" Vadin asked, looking concerned. Before Kira could respond, he checked the back of Ryou's head and applied some pressure to the wound, then stitched the flesh together with his energy. As he worked, his form changed into an attractive girl with sweeping snow-white hair, pale gray eyes, and a slender body, even her clothes changing from their baggy state from before into snug-fititng pants and a tank top. Vadin now looked about Kira's age, but resembled Ryou closer now, with her hair, and had softened her voice to match a state much like Ryou's. This had all been done fairly quickly, as though Vadin didn't want attention drawn to all of this. She chewed thoughtfully on her bottom lip, matching Kira's gaze. "Are you going to tell him of his life? It doesn't seem that he remembers he's died. I'll go out with Bakura's deal still, at least the part that says Ryou is brought back to life, and we wouldn't have to tell him that he's dead. Make up some other excuse as to why he's going to be in this white room until his body is made. Does that sound okay with you?"

"I plan on staying in this form. Or I might change into another form when he's asleep or knocked out, and approach him as a different person. Maybe as a doctor, and claim that he was in a coma for a while." Vadin waved her hand in one corner of the room, where a hospital bed appeared, along with other standard things that could be found in a hospital. "Here, get him over to the bed. The story is that he fell into a coma, to explain his memory lapse. And if you just try to tell him that you're his girlfriend or something, he'll be really confused. So don't mention it, okay? He still remembers you as a friend. I'll have to make up some other story for why I stay around him all day." She split the room in half, a large wall forming, with a door in the middle of it. "You'll have to come every now and then. Since time goes faster here, maybe twice a day in your world. I'll summon you on that side of the wall, and then you come through that door, all right?"

Kira gently walked over laying him on the bed "Your just some conserned nurce who dosent know how to go the hell away." she teased with a grin.

Vadin frowned as a nurse's uniform was already forming on her. "Well he needs someone to watch over him, at least," she said, covering Ryou with a blanket, then putting an IV in his arm. "It has to seem realistic," she explained to Kira, brushing some of her white hair out of her face.
Ryou was able to wake up quickly with his head healed. His eyes opened slowly, and he peered blearily at Kira and Vadin. At least he thought it was Vadin... he had only caught a glimpse of the girl-- or maybe it was a guy?-- before. He hadn't gotten a very good view of his surrondings before, either. Now he could see that he was in a hospital room. "Kira...?" He asked weakly, then glanced over at the pale girl. "Vadin, right?" He frowned as he struggled to remember. "What's happening?"

Kira sighed softly.She was lucky she was so damn good at lying "Hey ryou.." she smiled "You fell into a coma ryou..you been asleep for a while...how ya feelin?" she asked kindly.

A troubled look came over Ryou's face. "A coma?" He asked, eyes widening slightly. "Wow... I'm pretty confused right now." He glanced over at Vadin, and noticed that she was a nurse. "How long have I been in a coma?" He questioned, then looked down at his chest with a sharp intake of breath. The Millennium Ring was gone, and he only then noticed that he couldn't sense Bakura anywhere, even when he reached out. "Where's Bak--" he started to ask, then clamped his mouth shut with an odd glance towards Vadin. "Er-- my..." He trailed off hopelessly, knowing that it would seem odd if he asked for his Millennium Ring, and not being able to mention not feeling Bakura to Kira with the nurse hearing and he just didn't want to be questioned about it. He hung his head slightly. "Never mind..."
