Majora's Mask... ahhhhhhh... I love that game. I think the best part (other than collecting all the masks so you can get the OMGWTFWICKEDCOOL l337-Link mask at the end) was getting to ride baby Epona. She's such a cute horse when she's little, but Ocarina Of Time wouldn't let you ride her -- just sing her songs and let her lovingly push you around with her nose.
On the other hand, it was a little darker and more morbid in some spots. They force you to encounter my least favorite enemies way too much for my comfort level (gibdos and re-deads), and I don't care much for Ikana kingdom at all, but the rest is just plain awesome.
I mean, seriously -- you get to BE a Zora! How cool is that?
