Sayrike::Hawaii::Village The green-haired woman released a noxious cloud of...stuff over the group, causing Sayrike to cough. She could feel her energy being drained, and a degree of fatigue came over her limbs. The ground beneath her shook violently, bringing her to a knee as she tried to keep balance and regain her bearings. Buildings began to fall around them, and Sayrike fervently hoped that the residents had managed to escape somewhere by this time--anywhere but here. Her coherent thoughts stopped about there as a eerie, screeching hum emitted from the woman's armor. Reality suddenly seemed disjointed, like Sayrike was watching a Michael Bay movie with lots of shaking and explosions and chaos. Unsure of what was going on, Sayrike simply sat down (or tried to, but her arm was still in the Louis' grasp), closing her mirrors about her protectively. The fatigue from the poison (as well as lack of rest or food) was still draining her, making her vision blur slightly at the edges, and a slight feeling of vertigo came over her. The ground suddenly shook once again, cannon fire raining down from the sky and exploding nearby. The last of Sayrike's balance fled, and she ungracefully fell the last few feet to the ground, hitting her head hard on the dirt. Senses back, she unsteadily tried to make her way back up to her feet, feeling a small headache come on from the jarring hit on the floor. Suddenly, something lashed out at the Neoshadow on Louis' back, causing Sayrike to jump back and cry (a little too late), "Louis, watch o---!" but her words were cut short as, a second later, a large, familiar shuriken came out of nowhere, aimed at Sayrike's own back. "Ack!" she yelled as she stumbled forward in an effort to avoid it and insticntively infused her mirrors with mana to defend herself. However, she couldn't avoid it completely due to the speed of the attack, and she got clipped as the blur of the aggressor disappeared. Sayrike managed to keep from falling down again, but her legs trembled for a few seconds as the pain from the attack spread across her back and a thin line of blood appeared on her exposed skin. The young, masked woman sucked in air, hissing between her teeth and lips, before looking back to Louis to see if he had been hurt at all. In case he was confused still, she directed a mirror over to tap him on the head and then looked around to see if anyone else was still in need of a clear head. (She at least knew that much about video games.)

[[Louis : Hawaii : Village]] Louis struggled to stay on his feet, even more so, hold on to Sayrike. The boy managed to keep on his feet for a little bit, but eventually having the heartless on his back caused him to fall. Louis scrambled to get back up with both of his hands trying to do something else besides help him to his feet. He got half way before Sayrike yelled over the noise, "Louis, watch o---Ack!" "Sayrike?!" Louis yelled, before he could turn around he found himself again in darkness. He froze. Louis was blind again. His lifeline was cut. All he could do was hear the noise in his head, feel the grit of dirt on his skin, the blasting wind of nearby canon fire tearing at his hair, the taste of dust in his mouth, and sense the eyes looming over him once more. The world became more clouded as the noise drilled into his soul, his darkest thoughts climbing to the surface, dreams he'd left forgotten returning to haunt him once more while he stood awake. Louis' breathing grew heavy, his chest rising and falling faster and faster, "Sayrike?" He asked, not able to hear any reply, only the high pitched scream of his eardrums like the aftershock of a grenade, not able to see if she was alright. Nothing was clear anymore, nothing made sense, his thoughts were jumbled, his mind's eye filled with horrors produced only by one's imagination. To Louis, everything just seemed to fall apart, all hope lost. At last, a tremor followed by an explosion of rubble, dust, wind. and debris knocked Louis on his side. As Louis lay on his stomach, coughing, a trail of blood trickling down before being absorbed by the blindfold on his forehead, all sense seemed to return. There was a deep, vibration that shook the air itself around the arcanist and Sayrike, That's right, he only had one thing to worry about, I won't get anywhere trying to put all my efforts into defending one person. Another deep rumble, If I was going to protect anyone, my best bet, Louis stood to his feet and turned to Sayrike, not giving her any time to react before pulling her into him, holding her with his free arm against his chest protectively, is destroying the ones threatening their well-being. Louis turned his blind gaze on Beatrix, Terra, and her half demolished mecha as the dust settled behind him. A shadow from the dreadnought passing overhead cast a shadow over the boy blocking out most noticeable features, leaving only his and Sayrike's silhouette. Behind him as the dust blew away with a strong wind, a massive shadow much bigger than his, loomed with it's own giant yellow eyes accompanied by many tiny ones setting a disturbing background for the arcanist. [[Cue: Shadow Covering The Town ~ In the Bottom of Fear ~ by God Eater]]"Don't let go," Louis said, gripping the girl tighter, trying his best to ignore the warm liquid he could feel on her back, even if the thought plagued him like his nightmares. Darkness flowed around the two, covering them completely before they both vanished from sight. They reappeared from a portal above the behemoth, dropping onto its back as Louis pulled his hand out of the portal. Two streams of darkness poured out from his hand and tied themselves around the monster's horns. Louis leaned forward with a whip of the reins as the heartless reared, slamming its giant, bestial talons into the ground releasing a small tremor before charging forward. It rushed forward with little to no regard for those in the way before ramming the screeching mecha with all of its collective strength, plowing it into a building and shattering it into countless unrecognizable parts. With a strong pull on the tendrils, the beast tore its horns from the building's interior a loud crack heard from inside as the entire building lost integrity and collapsed on it's side into another building. The eye on the side of its head locked on Terra, as Louis spoke mostly to himself, "You're next."

[Dani :: Hawaii :: Sky above the Village]
Dani flew along with the others as they started their attack on the different ships but ultimately, was not really focused on bigger targets, just some of the smaller targets that seemed to appear from nowhere. Dani quickly moved Leviathans water serpent body so that the tail could slash through a few of the smaller enemies.
“Leviathan,” Dani said looking at some of the buttons and keys in her cockpit. “What exactly can I do to help? I am not sure this water will do as much as the others.”
“This is where you are wrong!” Leviathan said before using its skinner body to go around some of the enemies that could possibly try to attack. “If you compress the water inside of the Zord, you could have a very powerful weapon. Use it!”
“Right!” Dani said as she noticed that one of the group’s main enemies, Ivan Ooze, was not moving around a lot and aims Leviathans mouth from afar at him. “Take this!” Dani shouted and pressed a few keys on her board. Although it took a tiny bit of time, water started to build inside of her Zord before finally, a compressed water “laser” fired directly at the large purple crystal that she saw in his chest.

[Anthony ~.~ Hawaii ~.~ Village]
Anthony gave a victory fist pumped, surprised him and Auron were able to pull off the combo without any prior communication. If it were any of the other inexperienced fighters, the plan would've probably failed. They needed the machine to be, for the most part, inoperable and crippled.
His celebration was cut short as Terra, prior to ditching her Magitek, cast one more status effect--confusion. A sharp, ear-splitting noise radiated out of the mecha-suit, causing a piercing ringing in Anthony's ears. On top of the confusion, the young man winced as he was reminded of his previous ailments, the poison, though not as fierce as before, and sap eating away at him.
The knight looked around in complete bewilderment, totally at a loss of what was going on around him and unable to tell friend from foe. He caught sight of the significantly taller samurai in red beside him and, unable to recognize the other, was startled.
Anthony, not wanting to take the chance of Auron actually being an enemy, mustered up as much strength as he could and swung at the fighter beside him. He could only hoped the other wasn't a ally.
As he followed through with the punch, the ground beneath him began to shake once more from the cannon fire and the tremors from the large shadow-creature charging forth to crush the Magitek to small pieces, putting an end to the ungodly shrieking noise. Confused, poisoned, and drained, the knight was no longer able to keep himself from toppling over. "What is going on?!" the young man shouted, desperation and frustration in his tone.

{Auron, Leon : Hawaii : Village}
If there was any rejoicing on behalf of the samurai as he felled the magitek, it didn't last long. As the machine went down, Terra managed to activate one final attack, a loud screeching sound resonated across the battlefield. The sound grating to the ears and causing the unsent samurai's vision in his one eye to blur and spin. The samurai was not foolish enough to try and strike in this state. Before he had the chance to even if he wanted to his vision was even further obscured. The samurai fell to one knee, his sword being used mainly to keep himself upright.
Just then Anthony came in with a punch. However, thanks to Auron's training his threshold for pain and his endurance were great. As such he barely felt the blow. However, it was still enough to stop the ringing in his ears and his blurred vision had gone away. Through the darkness in his vision he could barely make out the collapsed form of the knight. Auron managed to return the favor by kicking the boy with enough force to knock him out of his confusion.
"It seems a physical attack breaks whatever happened to us," he stated simply as he squinted, trying to make out the knight who had helped him take down the magitek.
He raised his katana to be back on guard once again as a massive form shook the ground near where he stood. His gaze trying to see anything other than a black shadow in his vision.
"What is that?" he asked the young knight, trying his best to make his vision clear up.
Leon had followed behind the others onto the battlefield once more, his focus on the Heartless and Tengu as the other earthlings took off in mechs. Those who did not seemed focused upon taking down the woman from the earlier fight. He was about to focus on assisting them. That was when the cloud of gas descended upon them. Leon began to feel sick to his stomach as he staggered around the battlefield in pain. Then a massive tremor shook the ground, causing Leon to fall to one knee where he remained until he was able to push himself back to his feet. He continued heading toward Cloud, Seymour and the others, slashing through more Heartless as he went.
Things went from bad to worse though as the metallic screech from before resonated across the field once again. Immediately his hands went back up to his ears as he once again as he tried to drown out the noise. However, just like before the damage was dealt. His vision blurred and his ears rang. He continued to slash out at the surrounding Heartless, and unfortunately anybody else who got close enough. He barely noted the massive creature that finished destroying the magitek completely.

{Bobbi .:. Hawaii .:. Dogfight}
"Bobbi, keep the gnats off me!"
"Gotcha, Dart!" the Archer responded, wishing she could see Kyle's face. She wasn't about to let him live down the Divine Dragon Zord, and was probably going to be giving him crap about it for a week.
She had just gathered for a dive at a cluster close to where Kyle had positioned himself when another bird-Zord swooped by. She had seen it coming, just a glimpse, and since it looked like Joe's Zord she'd assumed he was helping with the scattering. But when a shock went through her Zord at the attack, she knew something was wrong. She didn't quite scream at the impact, but she did gasp in surprise and nearly bit her tongue.
"Careful, Joe, that was me you hit!" she admonished, thinking he had mistaken her for one of the enemy ships. She checked to make sure her Falcon Zord was alright, but the hit was a light one and didn't do much damage. Again Bobbi swooped and dove at the gathering ships, using the gatling fire she'd discovered earlier to her advantage.
In one of the turns of her Zord, she saw the huge mecha piloted by Ivan Ooze was down, like an EMP had hit it and temporarily disengaged the systems. She watched a moment as Dani shot a water blast at it, but had to put her attention back on keeping Kyle's butt in the clear as more of the small fighter ships amassed.

[ Matt :-: Hawaii :-: Clearing -> Village ]
Despite having braced himself after getting enveloped in the cloud of poison, Matt was easily thrown to the ground by the quake caused by Ooze. He went into a coughing fit from the combination of the poison and shock, his body temporarily seizing. 'Truly this is the best day ever for me,' he thought, his coughing fit starting to ease up.
As he started to recover, he suddenly heard a piercing screen coming from nearby. Matt was immediately set on edge just from having sensitive ears, then was suddenly overtaken by his mind clouding over.
 'Yeeeeees,' he thought in confirmation, and burned some of his mana to increase his chances. He felt like more energy ran through him than usual when he tried learning Blue Magic, but felt like nothing else was out of place.
And then a red and green blur leapt at him with a sword. "Boy, I sure am better off not living like a hobo!" he exclaimed to no one in particular. He rolled out of the way and scrambled to his feet. He spun to the aggressive blur, feeling unnaturally threatened by everything around him.'You know, you're a bit of a negative nancy.''Silence random voice in my head!' he responded, his mind too clouded by his confusion to realize what he just heard. The view window of his helmet retracted just enough to reveal his mouth. Matt felt his throat tingle as he used Flamethrower, a burst of fire coming out of his mouth directed at the figure attacking him.

[Anthony ~.~ Hawaii ~.~ Village]
Anthony curled up, grabbing at his side where Auron had kicked, and tried his best to play off the pain. Just then, his distortion cleared and he was able to make sense of his surroundings again. Even the ailments, poison and sap, seemed to be wearing off and their affects weren't as hurtful. "I think your foot is magical, Auron," the young man said as he rose to his feet.
The samurai redirected his attention back to the massive shadow-creature, which the knight hadn't noticed earlier on account of his confusion. "Ohmygosh,whatisthat?!" he quickly spat, totally caught off guard by its sudden appearance. Anthony cleared his throat, pretending he didn't just freak out as he played it cool. Spotting Louis and Sayrike on top of the creature, he could only assume it was the arcanist's doing.
"I think it--whatever it is--is on our side," the knight said, looking over his shoulder at Auron and pointing at the the young boy and girl riding the monstrosity.
Suddenly, there was another explosion beside him, which caused the young man to crouch and cover his head with his large gauntlets out of reflex. Then there was another, which knocked him over to his side. He stumbled and fell in his panic as he tried to get up and move away to take cover, but instead he crawled back towards Auron and took refuge behind the samurai.
"So... what's the plan?" Anthony ask sheepishly, nervously chuckling at the end.

{Auron : Hawaii : Village}
Knowing that the massive shadow in his vision was on their side was enough to relieve most of Auron's tension. However, the fact that he was still blind meant that he was on guard. The samurai did not flinch as the explosions occurred. However, before he realized it was Anthony he almost hit the young man for hiding behind him as he spoke. He could feel the toxins in his system finally wearing off, now he didn't feel as sick as he had before. He hoped that meant that soon the effects would wear off.
"I still cannot see, so I leave that to you. Pick a suitable target and strike," the samurai stated plainly, if he was irritated he wouldn't show it.

Sayrike::Hawaii::Village The blood began to flow more freely from the wound on Sayrike's back. Sh*t, the shuriken must have cause a lot more damage than I thought. The poison still drained the girl, making her cough and forcing more blood to ooze out. Her thoughts weren't exactly clear, almost as if she were still confused, but who could blame her? In a matter of seconds, she had been whisked off her feet and onto the back of a humongous Heartless--a Behemoth, or something, if she remembered correctly. Her stomach had yet to catch up with the rest of her body, and she wasn't quite sure it was due to the rapid movement and loss of blood. Louis' body was warm against hers in the breezy seaside air, and she had never been held by someone before. It was a strange sensation for a girl who usually kept a bubble of personal space about her. (Still, she couldn't help but feel guilty, knowing that her "body juice" (as her sister jokingly called it) was getting all over his arms and clothes.) Reflecting back on the few moment seconds, Sayrike had to suppress a giggle as she imagined how everything must have looked to anyone watching, like it was taken right out of a movie. It was kind of thrilling, being wrapped in darkness and pulled into its arms, only to be released above a waiting Heartless steed. Ugh, if only she wasn't dressed in a Ranger suit. So uncool. The green-haired woman's mechanical device-thing was quickly eradicated. Thank God, I do not need any more poison or confusion today, she thought to herself, though aloud she voiced quietly, "Thanks for that, Louis." But her face froze when she saw his own visage hardened in cold anger. The building in front of them toppled over into the next, its crash lost to Sayrike's ears as she stared for a second. For her, time seemed to slow down as she studied Louis--the way the flashing lights played across every pore and crease, and how determination set into his jaw and mouth. Hmmm. So that's the kind of man you are."You're next." Louis' words brought Sayrike back to the present. The battle still raged on, and she needed to do her part as well. The random attackers had come and gone so fast that Sayrike had no idea where they went. However, she could see the green-haired lady attacking one of the newcomers (whose name she had already forgotten in the chaos). Through the fatigue and sickness, she threw one of her hands forward, launching a smaller mirror at the woman (Terra). In its flight, it broke into shards and continued on its course. Sayrike hoped that the lady would have been too busy distracted by the newcomer's flames. The other two mirrors Sayrike drew in close to her and Louis, hoping to protect them from any further surprise attacks.

[ Seymour : Hawaii : Village ]
The Maester was growing unamused. Yes, battle was normally a playground for the Guado Summoner, and technically, it still was. He was no more 'pained' by the gash on his back than he would be from a burn to his undead flesh. However, it was the fact that there was so much going on- three hidden assassins, two heavy fighters, and a battle-mage that Seymour could tell was obviously not entirely human. His normal, confident mini-smile had faded and been replaced with one of total neutrality.
Crossing his arms, in front of him and bowing his head, Seymour began to emanate pyreflies, which swirled around him lazily like small bugs. However, from all around them, from the buildings and the wrecked planes, additional pyreflies began to fly toward him at a high speed. The more that gathered around him, the faster they all began to orbit him, and the harder it became to see him. Auron, though blind, would have felt the sensation of his body growing oddly irritated, as though something was stretching it, though none of his own were pulled out. When they finally stopped coming a few moments after he started, he was nothing but a ball of dim, multi-colored light. It began to bend, taking a taller shape and hovering off the ground, until finally...
Seymour Natus was born, and at his side, the ever-faithful Mortibody.
"These games have come to an end!" he declared, his voice distorted and ethereal.
Immediately, the Mortibody cast Cura and Esuna on Sayrike, Matthew, and Anthony, healing them and getting rid of their ailments. Simultaneously, Seymour cast two spells at once- a Flare spell, erupting underneath Beatrix, and a Bio spell, enshrouding Terra in a noxious gas that was quickly absorbed into her skin for both damage and a status chance.[[ For all intents and purposes, Seymour's MS is currently 18 ]]

[ Terra ; Quina : Hawaii : Village] [Cue=Music]After landing on the ground, Terra immediately rolled to the side. Though she wasn't fast enough to dodge the majority of Matthew's Flamethrower, she was able to dodge a majority of the mirror shards. As she was raising to her feet for a counter attack, Terra was immediately was surrounded by the Bio spell cast by Seymour. Her face showing no sign of pain or illness from the poison. She jumped away from the group that had gathered around her. As she was in the air, she began charging a spell in her own hand, unleashing a Holy spell in the direction of Seymour. Before landing several feet away from the group, just near the edge of the trees.Quina, who had been with the group of Sora and Riku. He stared up at the massive man. Quina knew nothing of him, only that the man was attacking so Quina must fight back. In attempt to aid in the fight, and slow him down. Quina unleashed his Bad Breathe on Lexaeus.

[ ??? : Hawaii : Within the Dreadnought Leviathan ]
The trio of Rangers made their way through the cramped, mechanical halls of the Leviathan, making short work of any guards that happened to come their way. In time, the small halls became larger corridors. They bypassed hangars, cargo holds, and even the engine room. They were obviously not here to disable the ship.
Turning a corner into a particularly large corridor, the trio only barely managed to avoid a barrage of gunfire, retreating back to wall. They had, luckily, spotted the composition of the opposing force- again, a half dozen gunners. The Red Ranger began to charge large fireballs in his hands when the black one grabbed his shoulder, signalling behind them- four swordsman, two magi and a Judge were hot on their tail, and around the corner, they heard the gunners running their way. They were attempting to sandwich the trio.
There was a pause in the Rangers before the Blue Ranger shrugged nonchalantly, turning on the militiamen behind them and unhinging his arms, releasing a steady stream of gunfire. The other two followed suit, attacking their own targets in order to distract the group as a whole.

[[Louis : Hawaii : Village]]
The arcanist watched through the eyes of the behemoth as Terra leapt away from the group and retreated to the forest edge. The boy's arm felt soaked, his sleeve sticky and pasted to his arm like a salve. Louis' mind flooded with his imagination's color, red, scarlet, deep and foreboding, the girl's words of thanks fell on deaf ears. Louis' heart burned with a violent fury of emotions, rage, wrath, hatred, and revenge, he could feel himself joining with the behemoth, its mind melding with his, leaving only one thought on his mind, crushing Terra. The monstrous heartless jerked its body to face the mage as Louis pulled on the reigns. The behemoth roared in unison with Louis, it's voice drowning out anything else and it's horns sparking with bright yellow energy before it lowered its head and charged. It rushed up, tearing away at the ground with its claws, each step digging in only to push the monster faster.

The male gave a confused look to the battlefield at Bobbi's warning. What in the....
"Yo, I'm on the opposite side of the battlefield. What the hell you talkin' bout, woman?"
The bird zord did a barrel roll to avoid a couple cannon blasts, the tails of the Sylph lashing out and slicing into the two ships, leaving them still in the air, but definitely damaged, giant gashes in their side.
[Azrael]
The replica ducked in and out of the few clouds as he flew around. He was just looking for the most opportune target. But no one seemed to stand out to him. Just quite yet, anyway.
