Chiba dropped his hand back to his side closing his eyes and tilting his head he smiled" Then my little injury isn't for nothing" he spoke slowly as to not screw with the rib to much. Taking her hand into his he smirked" so don't worry it isn't anything serious ether"

Miyuki was unconvinced. She looked at him worriedly and helplessly. She shook her head slightly and gave his hand a little squeeze.
"But you're hurt."

A small smile grew across his face as she squeezed his hand, this was the first time he actually had someone worry about him. Lifting her hand to his face he kissed the top of it" I'm thankful that you actually worry for me but i'll be fine i promise it is just a bruised rib nothing more"

he chuckled just lightly" i never said it didn't hurt i just said i will be ok for it is nothing to serious it is just a bruise" he smiled seeing her blush" oh my you've gone red again" he teased changing the subject.

Miyuki stiffened and tried to look stubborn. It didn't really work but she thought it was good.
"We're going to the nurse." She shifted the books into a sort of pile and picked up her bag after placing the books she had back into it, while still holding his hand. She probably thought he'd run since he seemed so adamant about the injury being minor.

he couldn't help but laugh at the expression on her face, she was truely cute when she was trying to be serious" ok ok we will go to the nurse after we get out of here" he smiled as he followed her around helping with the books" you know you don't have to keep a hold of me i won't run off, or do you just like holding my hand" he asked playfully as he put the books he had on the pile she had created.

"Um!" Miyuki snatched her hand away and clutched them in front of her blushing. "No, uh, sorry. This way." She started to walk towards the entrance.

Miyuki blushed as she walked with him. She worried about tripping him because knowing her that was the most likely thing to happen.
"You tease me so often," Miyuki said. It wasn't really a protest more than it was a statement.

" I'm only teasing you because I'm happy" And this was true,Chiba was quite happy that he was just with her that he really didn't care what may happen next, he hadn't actually spent time with a girl let alone be this close to one" Also I just don't know why but when ever you blush it just sends this strange feeling into my gut" He confessed to her a small blush crossing his face. He kept an eye on where they stepped because the last thing he needed was to fall flat on his face after saying something like that to her.

Miyuki began to blush brightly as they entered the more inhabited areas of the library. She squeazed Yoshitoki's hand.
As more people began to appear Miyuki put up her pretense. She held her head higher and her blushing ceased. She wore a kind smile and waved to those she had seen around school. She seemed like quite the social butterfly. But her eyes were blank and empty. She had no thoughts in her head other than to prevent any of these people from seeing her true self.
"We'll be to the nurse's office soon and you can get your injury checked. I'm worried about it." She said quietly to Yoshitoki.

Chiba looked at her quite confused at first but he quickly got the hint allowing her to cary a little more of his weight but not much of it so it looked more like she was helping him and not just walking with her," why do you act diffrently around your peers?" he muttered so she could only heat him as they walked. You could here mumbling from the kids that sat at the tables as well as in each of the sections as they walked past.
