Kivay hissed as the needles hit their mark, "How dare you!"
She stood up and slammed the bars of the cell with her tail, which caused some bits of the ceiling to fall to the floor as it shook the bars. She flopped down onto the ground as the needles effects started to take hold of her.
Kusanagi opened the cell door and walked over to the dragon slowly holding something in his hands it appeared to be a collar of sorts with dark gems decorating the outside. He simply stretched it out a bit then tossed it open over to the dragons neck. It clamped on and adjusted its size so that it was tight. The gems began to glow faintly as they begun working there majic.
"Demons have been around for a long time there have been many ways of forcing them and other creatures into there more frail human like forms. You appear to still be awake so ill explain the collier will gradually get tighter around your neck forcing you to change if you don't you will pass out from lack of air and your body witch would prefer to live will revert you into the state on its own. Once you take the form the gems make it imposable to expand your size and become a monster again. The gems also make it imposable to remove on your own the use your power to remain attached only someone else can remove the device or it will simply fall off with in a hundred years or so when the collar loses its power." Kusanagi says in a neutral tone standing near the battle scared dragon with his own battle scars and weakened state.
"When you wake up you will be bandaged and restrained, I will then start the questioning how painful or not is entirely up to you my lady" Kusanagi said with a smile.
