Seti looked at the woman. He gave a small nod. "I'm Seti. I have no family name. Nice meeting you." His voice was low and soft, almost to the point of dark and evil, his face still showed no emotion at all.
He finished his blood and put the empty glass down. He rubbed the back of his neck slowly and looked at Kirus for a moment before looking at the woman again. "You two know eachother from the past?"

*Bella laughed heartily, almost demonicly. Her face wasn't nearly as sinister as her laugh, so maybe it was unitentional. Maybe she was just this happy all the time* A little. We met once before.

Seti emotionless face darkened for a moment as she laughed. This woman wasn't making him feel at ease. His tail flicked from side to side very slowly, meaning he was slightly tensed even though he was still tired. "I see." He then looked around trying to ease his mind.

*Bella cocked her head to the side. She had been around cats long enough to be able to tell that the tail movement ment they were annoyed or nervous. She couldn't tell which. She brushed her hair behind her ear and smiled* I apologize if I'm annoying you. I usualy have that effect on people.

Seti's gray eyes turned to the woman again. "I'm not annoyed." He didn't feel like reveiling alot. His tail slowly wrapped itself around his neck. In this kind of situations he now noticed that he missed the blunt Loki.

Ah... *she chuckled* Then I'm making you nervous. I don't think anyone has ever been nervous around me... I'm not exatly intimidating. *She shook her head with a smirk. She was small and quite pixi-ish. Like she said, not very intimidating.*

Seti looked at the bar. "Thats not just you. That women in general. And your leaning towards cats." The demon said softly as his tail moved from his neck to his leg and wrapped it up there.

*Bella smiles* Cats are the only animal I'm comfortable with that has a tail.

Kirus noted the tension between Bella and Seti, the space between them seeming to bend and warp under the weight of it. He wasnt sure it had been such a good idea introducing the two. Knowing Seti the better, and having just set Loki free, Kirus was feeling a little protective. It was in his nature to be fierce to those he disliked, and didnt know, and fiercly loyal to those he does.
He passed around the rear of the set of red velvetine chairs to the one on which Seti was placed, and stood there, resting his hand softly on the wingback of the chair itself. A soft gesture, gentlemanly as ever.
He laughed softly.
"I always liked cats myself" he interjected, his tones smooth and calming "such graceful animals" there was an air of warning in his voice also, something wrapped in honey.

*Bella chuckled. She knew this strategy all to well.* True. I had one once as a child. We named it Star. She used to prowl about the house like she was hunting for something. Father thought the cat had lost it's mind untill it came to him one day and dropped a mouse at his feet. *She shook her head, as if lost in some fond memory* He never loved anything so much as he did that cat afterwords.

Kirus listened softly to the story spilling like wine from Bella's lips, bubbling with charm from her pores. She was as aristocratic as he was, and played the part just as well. He wondered if her background had been as corrupted as his own had, if her smile and gestus and lilting tones were a cover for the horror in her eyes.
He nodded and laughed again, the sound coming from his throat in a short wave.
"A predator will always find its prey" he agreed, the context becoming unclear.

*Bella chuckled softly. She thoroughly enjoyed making people laugh. After what she had been through, laughter enriched everything. She pushed her hair back out of her face and fingered her scar on her neck as she thought of her father.* Did you ever have any animals? *She wanted to divert attention away from her father. It was making her nervous.*

Kirus chuckle back held little mirth, it was low and slightly dark. "only myself" he answered cryptically to Bella's question. He shook his head and spoke more brightly. "Domestic animals were still somewhat of a rareity when I was alive, aside from birds, and they were a female's companion"
