Tobi let go of his arm now, waving his arms about in the air. "You can never be too old for toys! Toys are fun no matter how old you are!" he said, clearly upset by the fact Neji would not play with him.

Neji's gaze moved to the door for a moment. Not yet, wait until he's distracted. "Look, something big and shiny that you can ride on!" he said and pointed at a little firetruck.

Tobi turned to look at it... but did so while Grabbing Neji. "Let's ride it toghether!!!!" he said, pulling him off towards the firetruck. It even had a slot to coins to make it move! Fun! And right next to it was a pony! 'But... ponies are for girls. And girls are icky. They have cooties.'

"We're too big for both of us to ride that, it's only for one person." Neji pulled his arm away and stood beside it. "Get on and I'll pay for your first ride." he pulled out a couple coins from his pocket and waited.

Tobi nodded, sitting down on the firetruck. This was so cool! He got to ride in a firetruck! "Fire away!" he said, pointing forward, waiting for the ride to start and Neji to put a coin in.

Neji put the coins in and the ride started. "Look, those buttons work too." After waiting another moment, he made a break for the door. Freedom, freedom! he thought when he managed to get outside without someone latching onto him.

Tobi was happy for a moment, pushing some of the colored buttons to make noises. "This is fun! This is...." he started to say, but when he looked to Neji... he was already running away. Tobi sat there for a moment, compleatly stunned with what just happened. The ride stopped, and Tobi hung his head. 'I.... I'm all alone! Again!' he thought sadly, wondering why he ran off. "T-tobi's a... bad boy" he mummbled, looking quite upset on his little red fireengine.
((H-how could you! crying Poor Tobi! ))

Neji stood outside the store feeling...guilty? Why? Why am I feeling so horrible for getting away from that annoying kid?! he turned to look back at the door to the store, biting his lip for a moment. I...I never did get any actual information out of him other than the names of his companions. Maybe a little longer wouldn't hurt? But not all day or I'll go insane. With a sigh, Neji went back into the store. "Needed some air." he mutter as he stood by the firetruck. "Um, do you want to go again?"

Tobi's head snapped up as he heard Neji's voice, looking at him. "Y-you.... you came back? You mean you didn't leave me?" he asked, voice growing a tone happier with every word.

Neji's answer to that was to put a couple more coins into the machine to start the ride again. Just think of him as a little kid, like he is, and this will be easier. "You're name is Tobi, right? What is someone like you doing with Akatsuki?"

Tobi rid the small fire engine happily, listening to the question. He put his hand to his chin in thought, trying to think it through. "Hmm.... why did Tobi join the Akatsuki? Oh yeah! Beacuse they are cool!" he said. "And yup. I am Tobi! Of the Akatsuki!"

" Must be." After awhile, Itachi wasn't one for too many words.
The male felt the tension around Kisame lessen. Well then, I guess tea does have that calming effect... he thought, blinking at the crowd whom whispered to their friends and counterparts- in discreet, of course.
The warm smell of the brewing tea reached the Uchiha's nostrils, which made him thirst for it. He carried the money in his pocket for both of them- hopefully Kisame wasn't that thirsty. He approched the tea shop silently, entering as he held the door.
