Tiana chokes and managed to stifle an enraged screech, but Tidus had no such restraints. Screeching, he leaves the food and curls up on top of Tiana's head, hissing furiously to match his mistress' mood.

She laughed and looked up and Tiana. "Is Lover always like this?" Vikki stood up and offered a hand to him. "Nice to meet you Lover."
Definitly a good sense of humor.. She thought to herself and felt the hints of a blush creep across her cheeks.

Tiana sat there twitching for a few moments before she was able to speak. "Yeah, but if he keeps it up he won't be like anything, because he'll be very dead," she grated out through gritted teeth as Tidus kept hissing. "He calls himself Sigma." In an attempt to distract herself she busied herself with attempting to remove Tidus from the top of her head, but he was having none of it. After he snapped at her hand, she withdrew, still simmering.

Tiana gave him a flat look and finally managed to persuade Tidus to crawl down and start eating again. "Yeah well, at least I'm not blatant about it," she muttered as she examined the small creature that's attached itself to her. It looked for all the world like a miniature dragon, less than the length of her arm.

Tiana nodded thoughtfully. "Yes...he did something I will not forgive...attacked my very mind..." She trailed off for a moment, shaking with rage at the memory. "Next time I see him...I will try my damnest to KILL him!" She made an emphatic gesture as Tidus hissed into his food.

Vikki backed herself out of attentions reach. The last thing she wanted to was to get in the middle of what was going on. So, she slipped out of the main room and back into her bedroom.
Vikki, what have you done? You're on the brink of ruining a friendship, for God's sake! I am so stupid! Everytime I try to help, it always comes back in my face. She sat down hard on the edge of her bed. Vikki didn't want Tiana to be mad or jealous of her, she had just wanted to help.

*Sigma stood up, looking to Tiana* IS there someone back at the Garden who can read blueprints? I've been meaning to get this damned hunk of junk some time soon. If not I suppose I should go out into the world and find the one who helped me the first time. I must make sure the next time I see Baram I make him proud. That is my promise, as soon as I am well again I will be kicking some a**. *He growls a bit, clenching his human fist into a ball* I am not just a research subject anymore. I have my own soul... my own mind to think with, and my friends to think about. I'll get that b***h and every one of her followers if I must! I'm not just going to sit idley by and watch everything I love be ripped from my hands.

Tiana thinks a few moments, brow furrowed. "Shadow might...he's pretty clever about that sort of thing. I'd suggest Luncia, but..." She shrugged. "Up to you whether you wish to trust her or not. I know some people are still wary of her, having once been one of Adel's people, and the verdict not being out yet." Realizing what he'd just said, she simply stared at him, not sure whether to believe...wondering if she was just misinterpreting as she was all too prone to doing.

Vikki streched out on her bed and listened to them talking. She sighed and twisted the thin blanket between her fingers. What's your plan Vikki. You're going to have to go out there again at some point, and you know it. Just, duck out the door and go back into town. Come back when you see the people from the Infermary show up.
With that, Vikki sat up and slipped past them toward her front door.
