James stopped dead in his tracks, still shivering. He fell back, only slightly, his eyes closed. His breath came in short bursts, he felt like he was going to vomit, he couldn't support his own body. He turned, his eyes cast to the ground. "I- Ian..." he whispered, reaching out weakly to touch his face with one hand.

Ian quickly grabbed James' wrists and tried to support him with his own body. James had always had these. This was nothing new to Ian but everytime it happened it always freaked him out a bit. Especially now, when Ian hadn't been there to be with Jamie. Ian's fatherly or, more like, motherly instincts kicked into high gear, "Jamie! Hold on. Let's sit you down. Have you been eating enough? Don't tell me all you've been drinking is coffee again... You look so pale..."

James smiled wryly. "You know me." He relaxed into Ian's touch and made his way to the couch, resting his face in his hands. He took long, deep breaths, trying to calm his body. Long as he could remember, he had attacks like this in face of severe stress, and seeing Ian had set one off. He couldn't bear to face the man again, or to tell him this whole time he had been lying, knowing full well that he was still in love.

Kyrin watched the scene with wide eyes, What the...? Was all she could think. Resisting the urge she had felt to comfort James was hard, especially because he had been really distant from her for the past couple days now. Not knowing what to do, Kyrin simply stood and toyed with the necklace again. His lover? She thought, in a panic, Oh no... Now there were two people who were going to be in trouble for what she had done, what she and James had done.

Craig snapped Kyrin out of her thoughts, by saying, "Well that was interesting." He smiled, knowing nothing else to do. He had brought the young man along with him, with the knowledge that James had been in the mansion when he'd left, but he didn't know that it would cause all the drama that it had. He laughed and turned to Kyrin, apologizing for bringing commotion to the mansion.

Kyrin simply smiled at him, If only he knew... Kyrin thought wrly. She hadn't told him about her bout with Lily, or the fact that they had gone to the bar and she couldn't remember what had happend. She didn't want to tell him about the feelings that Draven had professed, or about how she thought she'd felt something for James. And she hadn't said a thing about Nori and his crossdressing or about any of the other things that had happend since he'd left that caused 'commotion' as he'd put it. So to Kyrin, this was nothing at the moment, but her smile told none of it.

Izzy gasped in delight when Craig showed her the bracelet, then squealed, "Thank you!" before commencing to try and put it on her left wrist, tongue peeking out the side of her mouth as she concentrated on the lock.

When it clicked into place, Izzy was brought back to the moment, seeing James sink to the couch with a new person by his side. Concerned for her friend but unsure of what to do, Izzy came up close beside Kyrin and Craig, asking, "Is Jamie alright?" She twirled her finger around her hair distractedly as she watched James and Ian through her wide light purple eyes.

Ian gently sat down by James' side and rubbed the small of his back. Ian felt horrible. Had he done this to Jamie? No...He couldn't have...He didn't mean that much to James...Did he? He wanted to be but he knew better...It was James' lack of ability to take better care of himself that did this...not him.

James smiled hopefully to Kyrin and Izzy. "I'll be ok. I just need a minute to rest." He moved a little away from Ian, signaling that it wasn't alright to touch him right just then. Ian did mean that much to him. Truth be told, he really was drinking five cups of coffee and eating only when humanly necessary, but seeing Ian had definitely set all this off.

Ian felt a bit let down at Jamie's gesture. For a second there, Ian thought that Jamie needed him. Why did he feel like he wanted Jamie to need him? There wasn't any reason for him to need him anymore right? So why was he trying so hard to be important to Jamie?

Turning to the two females and the man named...Craig, Ian tried to be friendly. "Um...hi...sorry for rushing in and not introducing myself...I'm..Ian..."

Nori was shocked to see the mansion in disarray so suddently. He had his hands over his mouth as he intently watched the scene, but as soon Jamie was brought to sit down, Nori rushed to the kitchen to get a glass of water for him. It felt terrible to see a fellow friend in such a situation. He hadn't heard the conversation entirely, but he could tell that Ian and James had a deep connection. " Here Jamie" his voice said quietly as he extended the glass of water. He looked at Ian in worriment, hoping that their melancholy expression wouldn't be permanant.

Jamie's smile broadened and he took the glass of water gratefully. "Thank you so much, Nori." He drank the whole thing at once, obviously improving rapidly after the initial attack. "I'm sorry for doing this to everyone," he laughed a little, trying to show that everything was getting better.

Ian stayed silent. So Jamie was fine talking to everyone but him? He already knew that something like this was going to happen. Still, it made him a bit angry and hurt. Looking up at the boy who had offered Jamie water, he found him to be quite cute. No wonder Jamie had no trouble talking to him. Ian wanted to say something to the boy but wasn't sure how to even start up a conversation. He was new and he didn't know anyone's names. Well...everyone except....Craig...and even then he had to think about what his name was before saying it. I must look so stupid...Ian thought.

Kyrin looked at the man that she had now labled as James' lover, but did not smile. She knew that they had a connection, but she didn't like the way that Ian had made James break down. She didn't particularly trust the new man, but Craig had brought him, so obviously he wouldn't cause too much harm. Kyrin's body stiffend against Craig's as she grew slightly angered at Ian. She didn't know who he was, but she didn't really think she wanted to. He hadn't made a good first impression on her.

Craig felt Kyrin tense and slipped a comforting arm around her waist, moving a little closer to her. He then smiled at Ian and said, "I didn't know that your business with James was important." He then smiled at James and accepted his apology on the behalf of himself and Kyrin.

Kyrin stood next to Craig and still said nothing. She didn't know what to make of these new happenings.

Draven came down the stairs, feeling light. As if an immeasurable weight had been lifted from his whole body, when really he had only lost a couple hundred pounds. As he made his way down the stairs, he remember that he really should ask Kyrin what happened to his favorite shirt that night they went out for drinks. He’d avoided all unneeded conversation with her since that night, hating her for all she was. Coming down the stairs to see her in the arms with Craig broke something inside of him, he didn’t just dislike Craig now, it was a seething hatred as if he had killed Draven’s own blood.

Instead of saying a greeting when he came down the stairs he ignored everyone and went to the kitchen. After a moment of looking, he found nothing to his taste and exited the kitchen to go back to the stairs.

Ian looked up from the couch and smiled something between a genuine smile and a smirk. "Yeah. I have some very important things I have to discuss with James. I appreciate your help in finding him. It was very VERY hard trying to find him on my own. You have my graditude."

Tilting her head to one side with a thoughtful expression, Izzy looked at Ian, curious. Though he smiled, something wasnt right. He looks so sad. She wandered over to him then with a smile, she said, "Hi Ian. I'm Izzy. Our names start with the same letter." She gave a giggle, hoping to make the newcomer seem happier.

When Draven came down the stairs, Izzy focused her attention on him. Her fear of him had only increased over the past few weeks, watching him beat up on a tree that she felt did nothing to him to deserve such abuse. That and he never seemed talkative, his eyes seeming cold to her in their green shade, a color she could never seem to like.
