she hoped and prayed with everything that she had that she would be able to see when they emerged from arisa's mind but when they appeared in the small room she was blind again after a big long sigh she gabbed her blindfold from her pocket and wrapped it around her eyes "actually i think...... i am.....just going to go take a nap" she said and you could already tell that her blindfold was slightly damp, she was crying and feeling depressed, like someone who just had the carpet ripped out from underthem and then was kicked repetitively when they hit the ground

Bert heard Kaori cry and he rushed over to her side "Hey don't cry. There probably is a way to sure your blindness so don't give up. If I gave up on having this curse removed I would have probably never found you, just please, don't cry, if you want I coud serve as your eyes until you find a way to gain true sight." Bert said wiping Kaori's tears away, he really did believe in miricles but what really drove him to say what he did was how much it hurt him to watch Kaori cry.

"I am not crying" she stammered defensivly "i...just....i....was....ok i am crying.thank you for being my eyes,....and my support, and you are right i cant just give up" even though i have tried all the magic in my arsonal to be able to see but nothing works and i have never even heard of a potion or cure for blindness, but your right just because I havent heard about it doesnt mean someone else doesnt know what it is she thought trying as hard as she could to look toward the brightside

Besides Kaori you can understand and appreciate some things even without eyes. Bert kissed her on the lips. He looked her right in the eyes despite the fact he knew she was blind like a kiss for example. he beemed ti her with a smile.

her cheeks turned bright pink and a big smile came over her face thank you bert....for everything she thought embracing him back "i think i just got a little less tired i think something to eat sounds great" she said perkily again

Bert grabbed Kaori's hand and said "I wonder what Dart has cooked as well, 10,000 years is quite a bit of years to learn how to cook." Bert laughed as he walked out with Kaori into the bar area. "Anyway, just out of curiosity are there any particular foods you like and/or don't like. I learned to eat just about anything edible after spending two years trying to find someone or something to lift this curse." Bert said comically. "You won't believe just how good haggas tastes when you haven't eaten in days."

"never had haggas befor but by the way you describe it it sounds fairly bad" she laughed " there is only one food that i know of that i wont eat and that food is guacamole, because it looks like throw up" she laughed "yeah 10,000 years is alot but if he cooks like he drinks than we might be in trouble" she said jokingly

Bert laughed at that. "I hope if he cooks he doesn't burn himself, then we might be in trouble." Bert said to his little blind lover. "Anyway, I doubt you even know what haggas is huh."

"Here's your food Bert, oh and by-the-way I've cooked my entire life, not just since this bar was protected from-anyways here's your food, It's normal, I think you might remember this, you always seemed to like it." Dart said handing down the familiar food onto the table while looking more cheery than earlier.
"Kaori, my brother always was good with his eyes, he actualy saw everything straight from his eyes, and he also had many eyes as well, he was a very tough opponent, because of this, I don't think I killed him when my pendant broke, if we do run into him, I could get him to fix your eyes, he definately can do it, thing is, I haven't seen him since my pendant last broke. Also, most likely he'll want a fight from me next time we meet, standard tradition for brothers that haven't seen eachother in atleast a year, well demons anyway." Dart said to Kaori trying to keep hope alive.

"OH thank you so much." Bert said as he sat down in a chair and started eating. He was definatly hungry and some of the other patrons were staring in either admiration or fear of just how fast Bert was eating.
One wide eyed ferret demon was walking towards him but instead walked AWAY from him thinking he might eat her too with how he was engorging himself, little did she know that Bert was already taken. He enjoyed the dish more than usual. By the time he was done he took a deep breath. "Whew, I know a human would have difficulty attaining that kind of ability to cook. Man I was hungry."

"No, to siblings, we can absorb some blood of eachother which will keep us from dieing completely, however we can become terribly damaged." Dart explained to Kaori.
"It'd be nice if a human had so much time, but sadly many do not, however that meens that they are less likely to die out, because they begin mating around the 25 year of life, or somewhere around there, it's becoming earlier and earlier as time goes by, which is the opposite of what happened at first, humans only lived for 8 years, they developed rapidly and began mating at age two, but they were as developed as if they were 25, It's always been about a fourth of the way through there life I guess."Dart said wondering if Bert realy cared much about the subject.

"Hey I'm not thinking about having children yet. I doubt Kaori is thinking about mating as well." Bert said to Dart. "Anyway, so demon brothers have a bad habit of beating the stuffing out of each other asa sign of greeting." Bart said to Dart in a serious tone. "Anyway, if it can give Kaori her sight, I think it's worth a try. If you are convinced you won't get killed, then go ahead I can't stop you."
