Ok, I get it now. He got ticked off by a bunch of lazy a** kids taking forever to do the simplest things. Just confused because he asked someone to read a paper that never got read.
Sorry about not being here and all. But schools over now, so my post rate should increase. That is, unless I get a hard job or something.

After a period of reflection I am back! I will be on here a lot more than in the past month and try to step up my activity to its pre-exam level ^_^
Yeah well... pretend that paper got read XD Or ignore it.. XD It wasn't a huge point anyway ^^

Were all gonna die. He already got the windmaster(actually he killed himself but whatever) and now he's going to kill mistress and takeover Kiri. Were all dead! *is being WAY too dramatic*

edit: After recovering from the initial shock and magnitude of the attack XD (although I should not have been surprised coming from Carlos) I will provide a helpful map and you can refer to the map for stuff. Wow, I never knew that Uzuki was really Captain Ussop in another one of his clever disguises.

Question: What does a straight 20 mean for burn-out? Burn-out says that you -1 chakra for every incriment of 5. So is 20 a 4 or a completion?

Hay guys:  Red X -> this is where Sensei, Hiro, Sanabi... etc at Shoreline are. Huge arrow -> Harbor is destroyed. Loads of our coral too crying Brown muck -> Mud. Obviously spreads a lot further inland but I was kind of lazy.. Red dot -> Kage's office. Of course the legend is still there and with a small amount of effort the above would have been obvious XD but I felt like doing it anyway <_< edit: Oh god. Jpg sucks... use PNG from now on. That applies to everyone if you care about picture quality crying

Good thing it hit perfect 0 (Hp) and not bleeding damage (speaking of which...it'll be frost-bite tissue damage and not bleeding...bad Hyouton reaction).
I was gonna ask do I really need to roll a concentration check if I'm out like daylights...

Although you have a bunch of penalties to your rolls now (-6 I think since your Hp is under 10% XD OH WAIT IT ISN'T.. o.O Well I can't remember what the proper percentage is, it's in the Abilities thread anyway XD)
