Haseo turned his head, looking at a candle. Flashbacks of him being driven out of the village flashed through his head quickly. 'Begone! You're not one of us!' one of the men shouted at him, holding onto a torch, along with all the others in the village. Haseo quickly shook his head, his hands on the sides. 'Why am I remembering all of this?! Stop it! STOP!!'

Alania gently put her hand on his arm.
"Haseo, are you ok? What's wrong? " She said, both her eyes and voice filled with worry.

Alania looked to Luna with a worried look and sat down beside her.
"Haseo, You can tell you whats wrong..We're your friends, we care about you. We just..don't want you hurt." She said,looking at Luna knowing she'd agree.

Haseo smiled. "It's alright...I feel better." he really didn't want anyone to get suspicious about anything, so he looked away, still a smile on his face.

"Oh," said Luna, "Thinking of the past can be painful sometimes, huh?" She looked down at the floor. "Sometimes I hate to think about some memories." She thought of the day Kaichirou was chased away. She had tried so hard to follow, but she had been held back by her father. Luna shook her head quickly as if to brush the memory away. "Some of my memories are painful too." She lifted her head, and gently smiled.

"Most of my memories....were painful...someone was always there for me. She smiled no matter how hard things were on her...then..." his voice trailed off. He knew that if he went too deep in his past, he would eventually tell Luna and Alania the truth.
