He watched as the lightning circled around him, lancing out in destructive archs at seemingly random moments. Seeing them come he held out his hand, letting his ki flow through it and reaching out through it swarm around the lightning, trapping it and bending it away from him.

It was while he was distrcted by those that she allowed one to come down and "bite" him from behind the neck. It was not hard enough to render unconcious, but it was just enough to strike a blow.

Quin felt the sting at his neck, stumbeling a bit as the energy struck him he sought to channel it, to lessen the damage. Arching it down his arm and harmlessly back at her he prepared himself once more.

"That's enough for now." each of the bolts were her ki, had she used all of them...well, she was already a little drained. But knowing that she got a blow on Quin showed her that it was time to stop anyways.

Feeling her hand brush across his head and her words, "I would say it would be from the energy use, the mild electric shock, the problems which have been going on and the combination of these restrictive clothes that led to it. I'm leaning mostly towards energy used and clothes."

"Then you should eat, get some rest. As for clothes, I know they respresnt the background you come from. But perhaps a different change of looser and lighter clothing would be more useful for training?" Her hair had broken loose of it's comb, and she carefully set it back up.

"Yes, sound advice, all around. I shall take care to those needs with time." He pondered a moment, "I must admit I have no clothes which are suitable, seems I came from a cooler climate then what is here. I should probably go shopping for clothes. Maybe I could find something at Wed's store."

A surprised look and then a laugh escaped her. "Yes, if you want something velvet and light pink. I jest, that's the best place to get clothes."turning around she started back towards the door.

"You'd wear that?" Morgan bit her lip but smiled all the same "I'm not sure that it's open right now, but I think we can go whenever you want. But first!" she whirled around and pointed at him "You need a shower!"

"Shower... hmm.." Pausing for a moment he mauled over what she said, "By your actions and words I take it you mean a bath, there is no other way of which I know how to clean oneself except a bath as a shower refers to rain falling from the sky which only has the habit of making things messier then they were before."

"Maybe you should wait in the library, baths are not that quick, you have to heat the water, then get it into the tub, then you have to wash, replace the now dirty water... yeahs, its kind of time consuming."
