James sighed. "Look it isn't worth fighting over. Especialy if we continue to fight after OUR child is born that will just mess him or her up. How about this. Every other week they switch places after breastfeeding is done. I'll live near you so that he or she can go to the same school. Is that fair enough?"

She rolled her eyes back to him. "The child is mine and always will be. I am not going to give him or her up to you. I don't agree with that at all. I think that he or she should have one parent and one parent alone. Don't worry about it. I am going to stay with this child 24/7." she told him. And she began to get up out of the table.

James followed suit and threw away his extra food and put the tray away. "And what do you expect to do about money. Your money from the will won't last forever. You will need help. I'm giving you an out. I suggest you take it."

Man, this was like watching one of those talk shows where they're fighting for custody and stuff. You just didn't get this kind of drama on TV like you do here. Apparently those rumors were true, and it seems the unexpecting father is in a bit of an arguement right now...

"I won't take it. I am going to have to quit college once this baby gets to much to handle. And get a job. And I can get a semi-alright job. I have experience with some things. I will just have one of my good friends take care of him or her. And if that doesn't work out, I'll just have to get a baby sitter won't I." She said turning away and heading out the door.

It was when Bobby heard "Babysitter" Is when he sensed and oppertunity. It seemed like they were going to leave, better do it quick.
"I could babysit your kid." Bing said, coming over to the two, he looked to the guy, "Sorry for butting in."

"Let go of me!" she yelled at him. Then she turned to the other guy, "Uhh...I don't think I want to leave my kid with a stranger." she said. "Then she turned to James, "No, I won't talk." she said.

Damn, another oppertunity at money down the drain. Ah well. He walked back to his seat.

"Uhh, thanks..." she said taking the paper. Then she turned to James, "Listen, you come and want to 'talk' to me after you said you didn't want anything to do with me. I think I can handle myself thanks. And to answer you, no, you said you didn't want to talk to me, and I don't want to talk to you now." she said. She turned around and began leaving, for the second time, the cafe.
