"...Oh," Tsuzuki muttered, cheerfulness taking a diving leap off the nearest cliff. "So... is it okay if we... just leave through the front door?" and, unspoken--risk a replay with Cino.
"You do think you'll remember everything?" Atticus asked, mentally shooting himself several times the moment after. Stupid! You're ignorant of the entire situation! Live it or watch yourself screw up, got it?

Hisoka blinked slowly. "All right..." he nodded as he rose to his feet.
Asteil gave Atticus a weird look before shrugging. "Not everything of course... no one remembers everything about themselves, right? But I hope... one day... I'll remember enough."

"That's great!--I really do need the fresh air," he proclaimed, all bubbles and sunshine in three seconds flat. "Can we even, you know, get out of this place period? The forest and everything. You're probably about to get cabin fever, I'll bet."
Stupid, stupid, stupid. You're not supposed to know he doesn't remember a thing! Well... not like it's a secret or anything, but--argh! "What could you possibly need with everything anyway?" Atticus echoed airily. What could I possibly do if you had everything...?
"But whatever there was doesn't matter nearly as much as what you are now, does it?" oooh, nice save.

Hisoka nodded. "It's kinda hard to figure your way out the first time-- unless raven know's you're going out. Then it's extraordinarily easy. But most of us know our way around by now." He led Tsuzuki out of the library-- and QUICKLY out of the house.
Asteil laughed a little at that. "Well... it would be nice to have an idea of where I came from-- who I was before I found raven, y'know? I can't shake the feeling that there's some way to get back the memories I lost-- I don't even know how I lost them. It's... frustrating sometimes. Sometimes people will say things, and I want to add on-- but I can't. Because I don't have the memory..." the demon trailed off before shaking his head. "I must be boring you with all of this."

Tsuzuki balked for a good, arms wide open, stretch and greeting to the sun the moment they were a safe (read, ten feet or so) distance from the front door. "Where to next?" he yawned, staring intently towards the sky, temporarily forgetting that looking at the sun was probably one of the less healthy things he could be doing.
"Au contraire," the coon waved a finger. "I've never met anyone with amnesia before. It's quite interesting," that's good, detach yourself emotionally. Turn it into a--damnit. No. Now you're starting to sound like that stupid Balin. Be sympathetic. ...Not too sympathetic. Keep the distance.
"I can only begin to grasp your frustration, of course--most strange, isn't it, that you've never found anyone who could lend you a helping hand in the memory department... There aren't that many demons in the pack..."

"Ah... where do you want to head?" Hisoka asked, blinking in the brilliance.
Asteil laughed softly. "I've never run into my Alpha or my Beta... and I can't think of anyone else who'd really be able to help me. Balin's been watching me like a hawk since he showed up-- but I think he's more interested in whatever made me lose my memories than actually helping me find them again."

Creative streak... running... on nothing... "I'm hungry," was all the wolf could think of to comment in return. Ooooh, genius.
Atticus' expression twisted in disgust, "He's rather an a** in that way," he concluded. "And I haven't seen the demon leaders myself, at least... not since my return and only from afar before I left...
"But with the recent mixings and dealings between packs, it probably doesn't matter whose aid you seek in the matter."

Hisoka rolled his eyes. "There's a candy store down the way. Did you want to go?"
Asteil smiled ever so slightly-- sadly. "I don't know... who would be able to help, y'know? It's almost like... without a clue, I won't be able to get there."

Tsuzuki blinked, actually rather taken aback. "There are candy stores in this place? Who knew..." rocking back and forth on his heels, he continued staring up at the sun for a bit before looking towards his partner once more, "Sure--candy--sounds great~ We can pick stuff out to send to everyone."
Well now you've gotten everything into a real stew, haven't you? Bad beta. "If no one you've met has been a help, perhaps you should search out new friends?" he suggested lightly. Because you can't suggest yourself, that'd be admitting you knew something.
Besides, Nature wasn't something to toy with... There was no telling what could happen if... well, in any case, he certainly doubted Asteil would ever regain his memories.

Hisoka couldn't help but smile as he led the wolf away from the Nest. Some things never changed...
Asteil laughed softly. "Maybe so," he agreed. "Maybe so. But... I kind of feel like... I don't know. It's not something I usually talk about with others, you know?" he smiled a little bitterly as he thought about some of those he had spoken to about his memories-- or lack thereof.

((*whine* raven~ we need direction~ ;_; Random (continuous, eternal, >_O) fluff makes Jan''s brain go ''splodie.))
The coon''s right ear twitched slightly, earrings flickering in and out of sunlight. Impulse struck and left no prisoners. "I''m afraid there''s little else I can do to aid you, sweetheart. Pack leaders are given their responsibility and powers from Nature itself and few of mine relate to locked off brain waves.
"However... Perhaps I can be of service in a different way. I''ve heard stimuli from the past help to awaken amnesiacs from their memory''s slumber, and hell if I''m not creative. Would you like for me to have a set down and contrive various possibilities of giving your own mind a wake-up call? If I, by... chance... could find the perfect stimulus to trigger a return to your memories, would you really appreciate it?"

((raven will think of something........ tomorrow.))
Blinking, Asteil considered it. "Right now, I would say yes. I would really appreciate it. But if I knew everything I'd forgotten... I don't know-- because that would change me, wouldn't it? Having the past to rely on?"

((Blargh. Take your time. Jan's gonna be missing for a couple days, remember?))
Atticus smiled slightly in a sardonic sort of amusement, "Precisely why I'm asking you, sweetheart, rather than just throwing random objects at you for an apparent lack of reason."

(Jannie, Size does not equal green... and yes, now I remember.)
Teil considered it for a long moment. "Well... it couldn't hurt (much), right?"

"This way, this way..."
"Are you sure about this?"
"Still don't trust me?"
"Not at all."
"I don't expect you to. This way, this way..."
