Kilik sighed and closed his eyes, thinking of his Pokemon. However, the first Pokemon to appear in his mind was Poppite. He recalled the battles he had with it. Shaking his head, he stood up. "I'm sending it home," he muttered, "Once I beat Surge, I'm sending it home." He walked over to the drink machine, pulled out a few coins and deposited them into it. He typed in the code for the drink, listening to it clink at the bottom. He bent over and spun the top of it with a loud KCHH. "Ah..." he said, taking a long drink from the bottle, "delicious Grape Water," he sat down opposite Flareon and poured some in his hand for the Pokemon to lap up.

"Felsic's in trouble! Shocker! Cover him!" Kasiya called. "Thunder Wave that Hitmonchan!" Shocker gave a nod, dashing in front of the young Quilava as she released a static wave towards the Hitmonchan, afflicting it with paralysis as well. "That'll narrow the playing field," Kasiya cried, watching Shocker fend off the Hitmonlee from attacking Felsic, swatting it in the face with her long tail as if it were a whip. Yeah, come get some! the over-eager Raichu cried, sparks flaring from her cheeks.

Nina backed away from the Tyrannitar, not showing the fear that was present in her. She glared darkly at Giovanni, and if looks could kill, he would have died twice. "Giovanni, you are as pathetic of a liar as you are a man. Kilik is no more dead than I am." She smirked. "Oops!" she said mockingly. "Looks like you messed up!"

Giovanni was not stirred. "Really, now?" he lifted his head up to look at her and another smirk rolled across his lps, "What makes you so sure of that?" His smirk widened, his teeth showing. Tyranitar took another step forward, its arms groping at her. It let out another soft roar.

"What makes me so sure," Nina repeated, mockingly, as she released Sakura and Krystal from their Pokeballs, due to the fact that Tyrannitar was annoying her, "is that I spoke with Kilik no more than a few hours ago. Looks like you got caught in a lie."

This doesn't look good. Mike thought as he saw Felsic struggle to get up. "Come on Felsic, use Ember!" The Quilava winched, his legs wobbling as he stood. Rearing back to attack he collapsed, the paralysis taking effect.
"End this weakling’s existence, Hitmonchan. Sky Uppercut." The Rocket smuggly ordered his Pokemon to attack. Hitmonchan dashed forward, lowering his fist to the ground. It dug of the floorboards as the boxer launched the fire Pokemon into the air. Felsic fell to the floor and stayed down, knocked out.
"Agh!" Mike gasped as the now cocky Hitmonchan danced around in victory. "You're lucky I'm saving my strongest Pokemon for your boss!" The boy shouted angrily, recalling his battered Quilava. "Come on out Beacon, we'll show them power!"
The loopy Ampharos danced around as it was released from its Pokeball. "Erm it's time electric fun for!" Hopping back and forth, Beacon noticed Shocker, squealing in delight. "Haichu!!" It waved it's 'flippers' and blew a kiss.
"Beacon, pay attention! You can flirt later!" The Rocket let out a roaring laugh. "Oh wow, I'm so afraid of retarded Pokemon."

Again, he did not flinch. "You're smart, but I'm afraid not smart enough. And here you are, releasing your Pokemon as to challenge me?" He lifted a finger and waved it at her, clicking his tongue. Tyranitar roared once more, looking at its two foes. Giovanni stared at the Dragonair and Gloom, "Do you really think you have a chance against me? The head of Team Rocket? I have been training Pokemon since before you were born." He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head, "Be honest with yourself."

A sweatdrop appeared at the back of the Raichu's head as she noted the Ampharos, waving at her. Oh geez, not this lunatic again! she thought, looking back to Kasiya for instruction. "Give it all you got, Shocker!" Kasiya cried. "Take down Hitmonchan! Thunder!" Shocker gave a curt nod, and the air around them suddenly began to smell like ozone. A split second later, a large bolt of lighting crashed through the ceiling, striking Hitmonchan with surprising accuracy. Shocker, chest heaving from the electrical exertion, retreated back a few steps, down on all fours.
Kasiya looked up at the new hole in the roof, covering her eyes from the dust and debris that floated down. "I always did think this place could use a skylight."

The fighting Pokemon was no less than surprised to feel many volts of electricity surge though his body. "HitmoOooOn!" It cried, falling to the ground in a heap. The Rocket cursed, recalling his Pokemon. "Not bad little girlie, you could teach this wuss a thing of two."
Mike made another rude gesture at the black clad man. Paying it no mind, the Rocket released a Glalie, looking rather intimidating.
"Alright Beacon, let's show them how useful you are, Thunderbolt!" The Ampharos waddled forward, shooting a massive blast of electricity which missed by about a foot. The attack exploded, making a rather large hole in the wall and shaking the entire floor.
"Woah now!" The Rocket stepped back, a little scared. Glalie hovered a few feet to the left, not wanting something like that to hit it.
Beacon giggled and clapped, static energy still pulsating throughout his body. "I did good! I did good!"

Nina drew another Pokeball, and tossed it from hand to hand. "You don't think I know you're a strong trainer?" she asked Giovanni. "I mean, most Gym Leaders aren't complete retards that were taken off of the street-- well, except in your case." Nina released the Pokemon from the Pokeball she had-- Anna came out. Just do as I tell you, honey, Nina thought-spoke to her Pokemon, who nodded in response. It was obvious that Anna knew Nina was different, but didn't object.
"As far as the battling goes..." The girl chuckled as she took a few steps to the side, away from Giovanni and Tyrannitar. Sakura and Krystal stayed near Tyrannitar, while Anna hovered near her trainer. "Let me just say that you're not going to be in the position to threaten me." The girl chuckled, and Anna moved forward slightly. Nina's gaze shifted to Sakura and Krystal. "Sakura, use Stun Spore on that Tyrannitar! Krystal, Surf attack, now!"
Nina watched as her Pokemon readied themselves to attack, and she looked back to Giovanni. "Anna... use Confuse Ray and Psybeam on that Rocket scum!"

"Hm, you don't see too many of those now do you?" Winona cocked her head to the side, unimpressed. "Aerodactyl! Fly!" Shrieking again, the pterodactyl Pokemon beat its wings and flew up to the ceiling, out of Shiva's range.
"Try to hit him now." Winona stood there, arms crossed, a faint overconfident smile across her lips.

In the blink of an eye, Giovanni was standing tall behind his Absol, which stood in front of him, taking the Confuse Ray and Psybeam. However, the Psychic attack didn't affect him as he merely shrugged it off. Giovanni's attention diverted to the Tyranitar, who had taken both the Stun Spore and Surf head on. It stumbled backward from the force of the wave, straightened back up and shook its head. It let out a roar. "Clearly your Pokemon are poorly trained," he stated. The man snapped his fingers. In an instant, Absol jumped into the air and swung its neck back. A sharp gust of wind, an Aerial Ace, shot toward Gloom. The Dark-type landed and faltered for a moment, shaking its head. It was still slightly confused. Tyranitar stomped its feet madly and ran at Dragonair and Misdreavus, breaking into a Thrash attack.

"...and another window, right there," Kasiya nodded, taking a step back. Shocker stared, through wide eyes, at the damage, and looked over at Beacon. You hit me with one of those wild attacks of yours, and you're so dead! the Raichu growled, turning back to look at the battle in time to be knocked flying by a Rolling Kick. Her momentary distraction had allowed for the Hitmonlee to land an attack. She got back to her feet, wincing slightly. "Double Team!" Kasiya yelled. "Now!"
Shocker jumped backwards, leaving a clone in her place. Hitmonlee jumped forward, smashing it with one of its powerful kicks. This process repeated itself, Shocker jumping away in time for her clones to be destroyed, and stopped, feeling the powerful strike of a Mega Kick hitting her in the stomach. The Raichu screamed out in pain, but grabbed onto the fighter's foot, and blasted it with a Thunderbolt before he sent her flying, landing at Kasiya's feet.
"SHOCKER!" Kasiya wailed, running over and picking up her fallen Raichu. "Return," she said, recalling her, and reached for another Pokeball. Hiro was sent out next, his fiery mane and tail swishing about as he loosed a mighty roar. "He hurt Shocker, Hiro! Show no mercy!"

Mike merely smiled at the display of power. "Alright Beacon, we've shown your power, now Light Screen!" He couldn't wait to beat this guy down, and show him some manners.
"Quick Glalie, Ice Beam!" The frozen ball Pokemon twitched slightly, launching a ray of frost at Beacon.
The Ampharos skipped over, leaping onto Hiro's back. "Doggy." He said with a snicker. Soon the two were encased ina green force feild, Beacon dancing atop the Arcanine. The attack from the ice Pokemon hit, the power decreased from the Light Screen. "Blast it you slow Pokemon!" The Rocket stomped his foot as the Glalie glared back at him.

Brock sat in the Pewter Gym. Few trainers had come by recently and he was bored. "Hey kid. Watch the gym." He told the junior trainer. "I'll be in the back." He said as he moved through a side door to the "secret" part of the gym.
"Ah yessss." Brock stated as he put on his apron and chef hat. "Now to make some food!" He then ripped open a bag of flour and started mixing it in a large silver bowl. Then he broke several eggs and added them into the concotion.
