Why did the Princess have to be so kind? He didn't deserve such decency. "I am sure that Kunzite will be more than willing to explain everything," he said over his shoulder. He paused and considered leaving it at just that before continuing on his way, but something make him add, "just know that I am sorry for what's happened, Princess."
He left for the gate then, making sure that his civilian form was fully in place before opening it and closing it behind him.

Mio looked to the door that had been knocked on. She got up and opened it to see Danburite. "What do I owe this pleasant visit to?" she asked him stepping aside to invite him in.
Makoto turned to look at Naru. She knew that Naru was one of Usagi's friends. "Konnichi wa, Naru-chan." she said and smiled. Looking at the other senshi, she only hoped they knew to stop talking about present matters until after Naru left.

((Sorry! Forgot I was Motoki. I thought the Senshi were having the meeting at Hikawa Shrine...))
"Konnichiwa, Naru-chan!" Motoki returned the greeting. Soon after, Mako-chan also entered the lobby of Crown.
"Mako-chan! How are you doing?" all thoughts that there was another regular customer in the store were forgotten. Motoki's attention was focused entirely on Makoto.

Makoto turned her attention from the senshi to Motoki. "Hello, Motoki. How are you? I'm pretty good myself. Thanks for asking." A grin was on her face.

Jadeite nodded in response to the Princess, and turned to go deliver the message that she was here. The way that Zoisite walked past him concerned him a little. What was wrong now? Did something else happen after he stopped listening to the conversation upstairs?
As Jadeite walked up the stairs his mind wandered. Even though he was glad there was peace, it felt a little strange that he was being kind to the Princess that he had hated for so long. Not really because of any particular incident, but because Queen Beryl had hated her, and so Jadeite had done the same. But that was over now. Queen Beryl was gone. Why was he suddenly thinking about her? He shoved those thoughts to the back of his mind.
He walked into the room and bowed politely. It was a habit. "Excuse me, Master. The Princess is here to see you."

"So, what brings you here? Doing some Karaoke?" Motoki asked, leaning forward with his elbow on the counter. Makoto had always really impressed him. Very mature, living by herself since she was in junior high, an amazing cook, nice, good with kids. Not to mention the fact that she was an ally of justice.
He never really brought up that particular issue. If she wanted to talk about it, she would.
Mamoru looked to the door, shaking Kunzite's hand off his arm at the same time. He was angry. Angry at Kunzite, the situation, even Zoisite a little. "Her name is Usagi," he replied to Jadeite, a bit harsher than he would have liked. Too many things were happening at once, and he didn't like not understanding most of them. "Sorry," he apologized, stepping past the youngest Tennou and out to meet his fiancée.
Kunzite watched the Master leave, and then followed him downstairs, remaining in his uniform. He paused briefly when he passed Jadeite. "Call Nephrite, tell him to get over here now," he ordered. He wanted to get the remaining Tennou together. Everyone was going to need to be on the same page, and Kunzite planned to bring them up to speed.

Makoto didn't know what to say, but she told Motoki the truth, which was, no she wasn't. Although she mentioned she and her friends had some things to talk about, there wasn't much detail involved in her explanation. If anything, she had to keep innocent lives out of harm's way. There was nothing she could do about that. The majority of the people on earth just weren't suited to battle organisms such as the Dark Kingdom. Her voice was firm, but sweet and gentle. As long as no one but the ones previously involved knew about this, she thought, there was nothing to worry about.
Then a chill ran down her. The way Motoki had spoken to Mio was enough to make her want to punch someone's lights out. This began to show on her face, but she tried desperately to hide it. It was just that she had the slightest feeling that Motoki might somehow get involved in all this mess. She shook her head in disagreement. There was no way this could ever happen. "I must get home now, Motoki-kun. Would you like me to fix you some lunch for tomorrow?" she asked, the smile on her face again.

Except for flinching a little bit, Jadeite didn't respond to the Master's harsh tone. He nodded in response when the Master apologized. He wouldn't blame him. Too much was going on right now and Jadeite could tell how upset he was.
Jadeite was just wondering what he was going to do next. His question was answered for him when Kunzite ordered him to call Nephrite. He hoped that Nephrite would sense the urgency and come to join them. Sighing and hoping Nephrite would be in at least a somewhat decent mood he called Nephrite and waited for him to answer.

Nephrite still cursing from that man demanding him what to do and the fact the Tennou checking up on him "Damn those bastards! Who do they think they are coming in here to spy on me. All of them treat me like I'm some kid. Hah! I was living on this cursed human planet more longer then them, and they still don't trust me."
Nephrite droped on the stool next to the turtle tank. He took deep breaths hopeing that he would calm down before Mokoki sees him in this state. He stares at the turtle who didn't notice that he had a vistor. "What a stupid boring animal. All this thing does is moves and sleeps, moves and sleeps. Who would want such a boring pet" Nephrite mumbles at Kamekichi, "If I were ever get a pet. I want one that is not boring then this thing."
Nephrite knew that Kunzite won't allow him have any pets. Not until he gets his own place. Then for sure he wouldn't have to deal with Kunzite barking orders all day long. "I would do whatever I want. Eat whatever I want, and I don't have to deal with Kunzite barking orders at me. Only if this stupid human stop taking money off my pay."
Nephrite's thoughts was soon intrupted by the phone ringing "Damn them. Why can't they stop pestering me about pricing for this place" Nephrite cursed as he stomped towards the phone. "Moshi! Moshi! This is Crown Karaoke. May I help you."
A long pause on the other end of the phone made him puzzled. Then a voice on the other end finally spoke.

Motoki got the feeling that something was bothering Mako-chan. Something about the expression on her face when she told him that they had only come to talk.
Motoki was distracted for a moment when Nephkichi-kun answered the phone. How many times did Motoki have to tell him how do to it properly? But he decided to ignore it for now and turned back to Makoto.
"I love you cooking, Mako-chan! I'd really like that."

Ami walked over to Rei, as Rei was still in her usual chair, frustrated, and tried to provide some reassurance. "Luna is right. Usagi-chan needs to sort things out for herself and her heart. I feel that she will come back and join us as senshi as soon as she finishes over there" Ami smiled. Though in her heart she did have a fragment of worry for Usagi's sake.

((I could have sword they were at the shrine as well for the meeting... and even if they had been at Crown, they have their own room to meet in. Naru hasn't even made it past the front counter O.o)) Usagi took a few more steps in Zoisite's direction, very concerned about him now. Despite the past and despite the fatc that he was one of Mamoru's Shitennou, she felt her own soft spot for Zoisite. She could not stand to see him walk away in the state he was in. She owed it to him. He had given up his life once for her. The vey least she could do was try to help him in return. " Zoisite! Ah... Really, I don't mind listening to what you have to say. Let Mamoru deal with Kunzite for now!" she called loud enough for him to hear her. " Please..." she added, speaking a little softer. ~*~ Naru gave a smile and a little wave to Makoto. She knew she was one of Usagi's friends and she had, too herself, made the assumption that Makoto could possibly tied with Usagi's "personal" business. ' That's how it seems, judging by the time they spend together like they do,' she thought to herself. She would say nothing lest she was wrong. She could not betray Usagi's secret like that. While Motoki chattered away with Makoto, Naru stood back and waited patiently to purchase a room for her and the friends that would be joining her soon ((Momo and Kanami are their names, right?)). ((DanDan post will come later, once I figure out what he was going to sya to Mio sweatdrop ))

Jadeite paused for a moment when Nephrite answered the phone. He was wondering exactly what to say to grab Nephrite's attention. He had a feeling that just ordering him to come home would only make matters worse. So he decided to go with the truth, well at least the parts he knew, which actually wasn't very much information at all. He finally spoke, and when he did the words came rushing out. "We have some new information about that strange guy we saw earlier! Zoisite seems to know him, um... very well, and apparently Kunzite knows something about him too because now he's furious! Zoisite is leaving! And our Master looks really upset! I don't know what's going on, but something isn't right here. Everything is weird now! Kunzite told me to call you and tell you to come home right now!" He hoped that Nephrite would sense the urgency in his voice and not argue.

Nephrite frozed after what Jadeite told him "WHAT!!" Nephrite shouted.
Makoto and Motoki glanced at Nephrite with a puzzled expression. He just smirked and turned around and continued talking. "Are you trying to say that b*****d that ordered me around is someone that Zoisite and Kunzite knows?" he whispered, so the other two didn't hear him talking to Jadeite
Nephrite was furious, not because Jadeite phoned him at work to tell him this, but the fact Zoisite is leaving. He wanted to know so bad what was going on and who that person was. He told Jadeite that he will come home. Nephrite ran in the back room to grap his red leather jacket and ran out the door nearly knocking Motoki on the floor. He could hear Makoto cursing at him, but he didn't care. All he care is about is finding out whats going on and hope to catch Zoisite before he's gone for good.
