Ok, so I've recently bought the first and second season of JL and the first season of JLU on DVD and I've seen the proof I need to put Superman at light speed only I don't have a way to get it to you. So does anybody know how to burn dvds onto the hard drive so I can upload the clips on photobucket.

Please don't do photobucket, I don't have flash 8, could you do youtube instead?
Eihter way, get some ripping software, google for anything that rips dvd's to avi format, mpg format, or any other proprietary (common) format.
(I suggest .avi or .mpg, they are the most common.)
Then just upload it to youtube or photobucket.

I don't mind giving Supes LS, but I just want to make sure we are doing it for the right reasons.

If it is implicitly shown that it was both of them, at their top speeds.
This makes it even closer.

It was a race around the world and neither of them seemed to be holding back so I'd say it was top speed. Thanks Rikeen. You don't seem like the type of person who would lie to win a vs thread so I tend to take your word on a couple of things now as well.

Yeah, Goku gets his @#$ whooped by comic Supes, he's still one of my favorite characters ever. So I don't see a point in lying.
But BIAS is a different story, and I will admit that I fall victim to that. Not in twisting evidence, but definitely on taking sides.
Speed changes the battle.
I can now honestly say that if they were to fight, I wouldn't put my money on Goku "easily."

I can say the same about Supes aswell. If that Rock formation isn't Canon what other strength feat does Goku have? If it's something similar to what Superman displayed then all things taken into account this fight would be a tie or very difficult to determine the winner.
