The one who we've already determined is a horrible drunk. At the time, his handwriting was illegible...so he got a restraining order: A restraining order for one -insert unintelligable squiggles here-.
I think they read it as something along the lines of...Amorous Rose? Amorous Rose is not allowed anywhere near you!
