xXxCoNeXxX yes, but if you're using the crusader for it's purpose in life then it can do horrible things to that necron unit, like shredding it to bit before it delivers the payload of combat heavy units to disembowel them. so shredding them in half, and having the marines pile out of the tank to melee them, and half their unit is still on the ground... so yeah... *Cough* Gauss weapons! *cough* Seriously. although gauss weapons don't ignore armor saves, there's still the old "always glance on a 6 unless a 6 would penetrate" rule.

Dark Repaers are the ultimate Marine killer machine unless you've got a Farseer next to them with Guide which makes them even more amazing.

Dark eldar are good, 2 splinter cannons a squad, so 8 s4 ap5 assault shots at 36", plus they can still assault. have the dark eldar charge the marines and their battle line will fall.

Seems the forum has just stopped. So...Space Marines...Why else think that it's shitty that Space Marines hae a BS WS Str and Tou of 4 with a save of 3+ for 16 points when an Eldar Dire Avenger only has a BS and WS of 4 for 12 points with a save of 4+?
