Two ratings, because I was gonna rate Ember earlier but wanted to mill over my reply a bit, thereby allowing Rolf to beat me to the punch. Here we go!
Darc-man: 7/10. The hair doesn't much fit, and the Gung Xi top doesn't really have an item of similar color, whereas the rest of the outfit does ^_^
Rolf-man: 8/10. You're blue, blue, and you know it's true whee My beef lies with the headband...I suspect it's there because you're trying to look like a certain character, but it looks weird with that hair. That, and the white shoes don't seem to go very well.

10/10 Same thing as before, but with a cape. Which makes it cooler.
Well, I've done it. I've temporarily removed my bunny ears. crying Just to get a rating with out them. So, rate away. sweatdrop

9/10 you need your bunny ears back and its a full 10. If you like a item, wear it. Screw everyone else, Naaro says the Fox Tail is teh ugly. I really like my fox tail and will wear it no mater what anyone says.

Anyway, rating for you, guy I don't know. I'll give you a...6/10. Don't like the shirt, the red gloves seem out of place, and the orange shoulderpads don't really have any parallel. Aside from that, I would say you're a-prettypretty good.
The silver locket looks kinda weird too, but it is my assumption that you have some manner of sweetheart who gave you said locket, and I'm in no position to say that looks bad 3nodding
Some people say my scar looks dumb. Well, it's not like I can do much about it unless somebody invents a time machine allowing me to go back and prevent my face from getting teh slashyness. So screw all y'all xp xd
