Amnity sat on the floor, her eyes staring straight ahead of her. Right now her mind was still processing the words Edith had said. If she snapped out of it, it may lead to an awkward silence with Mephlius...She decided that she'd rather just sit there staring at the wall for the rest of her life.

Kuro walked into her line of vision. "Hey Am, everything is okay right." He leaned against the very wall she was staring at. "Um, i`d really hate to ask this, but there is this vampire who attacked me last night. He stole my teeth, and as you can see, my weapons case. I was thinking, would you mind helping me out a bit?"

Mephlius' barrage of thoughts finally crashed into itself, leading to a mental trainwreck. He became dizzy, stumbled forward, but caught himself. He glanced over at Amnity, and opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out. Say something, say something, Say something, say something, Say something, say something... He slowly lowered his field of vision, and stared at the ground, his mouth still open.

It was like in Central park on Valentine's day. She could only hear, see, and think about Mephlius. "....You love me?....A lot?" She asked in utter disbelief. Amnity then turned her head to look at him, waiting for his response.

Amnity heard Kuro's apology and was about to say something, then Mephlius' comment threw her mind off guard and once again she couldn't reply. "M-...Mephlius?.." She began stammering as well. The hunter steadied herself as she stood up, still a bit disoriented with the entire thing. It was like a train wretch of emotions colliding with her conscience and her heart.
Amnity took a step forward...Staggered a bit...Then managed to walk in front of him without falling. "You really...I mean...Well...Y-you..." How could she say this without making herself look stupid?...Though it was already too late.

Amnity never believed the ridiculous stories women made up about kissing thier husbands and boyfriends, how time seems to just stop and the world suddenly revolves around the other person. Now those stories made her gag a bit when she was a kid...Even if someone told her about their amazing kiss now that she's older, she still might gag. Until this day, this hour, this second, she finally believed that the stories were true.
She could hear bells, feel the earth move under her feet, feel her heart exploding with blah blah blah blah blah....Let's just say it was awesome. Amnity couldn't recall a time where she felt any more happy. I LOVE THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!! If her lips weren't preoccupied at the moment, she would have climbed up the Statue of Liberty and scream it to the world.

Amnity's cheeks turned a bright red as she touched her lips. Did we just.... Her blush reddened more. Yup... Trying desperately to collect her thoughts, she covered her mouth in utter embarrassment. It wasn't because she didn't like the kiss, it was just that...Holy f*** that was my first kiss....
Amnity put her hands down to her sides as she took a step closer to Mephlius. Trying not to make sudden movements, for both of their sakes, she reached over and held his hand. "...We're still alive aren't we?...Want to head over to Credo now?"
