Zairyo And just for public knowledge since I forgot to actually tell you guys. When people request to join we don't get any message/warning or whatever. We have to look in the moderator panel and look if anyone is trying to join or not. Which as you might guess I sometimes forget to do sweatdrop So, should we, the mods, check the join requests from time to time, too? Do we have the authority (from your point of view) to let new members in?

Sure that would help. As long as the new members follow the rules they won't be banned so I guess it's ok ^^

I'm going to add free art to my shop but at a price LOL
seriously though. The idea is that people interested in having a drawing of their avatar for free will have to deal with the fact that it'll be a signature advertising either my shop or my guild. If they are up to it they can get the art. The link to my guild should be active for at least a week otherwise they won't get any more freebies.
I'll start with a non crew guild member first to use it as a sample in my shop.
Requirements:
1. Too much crap on and I'll skip you.
2. Choose your size (500 x 500 max)
3. Choose between the Guild or the Shop
4. Theme up to Zairyo

It'll be one at a time and sketched so I can do it in a fairly short ammount of time. Currently I'm delayed with other stuff just 'cause this computer lacks power. I can't download all my crap and still use PS at the same time. I've been so busy with school and stuff that (took a test today yet again and got 100% ^^) I haven't had the chance to buy a new Power Supply for my other PC.

Well, wish me luck. Tomorrow I have this horrible test on JAVA and computer linguistics. I learned a lot for it, but I'm still afraid of it. So today is dedicated to writing, printing out and hiding all my cheat sheets. sweatdrop mrgreen
And when I'm done tomorrow, I'll have to start learning for the Japanese language test on October the 10th... neutral

P.S.: I finally saw "Sin City"! Very cool, I liked it a lot, even though it had some really tough/ugly moments. Definetly something that you can call a perfect comic to movie transition. I will learn from it. ^^

Haven't seen the movie yet and it's not for a lack of interest. I haven't had the time to rent it nor the money to buy it. I haven't read the graphic novel either so I don't know if it'll be worth buying but like you said, it is something to learn from. Most Robert Rodriguez projects are a learning experience. 3nodding

Ok just read somthing that isn't funny but I do understand why they do it like that.
Creating a subforum will cost gold. So yea, basically we'll have to buy our subforums. xp
Please people start donating to the Guild. I hope we can use the guild gold then.
Or second thought, start saving gold for the guild.just as if you were donating or something.
We could arrange something out as well. If you guys want a particular subforum you can all chip in and I'll buy it for you. For the Games subforum I'll have to buy it myself unless you guys want to help.
Well I'm speculating at the moment, I hope they are 5k-10k at the most. DRKNRGY says they'll be implemented in a couple of weeks which leads me to believe sometime in November ^^

I really hope each subform is around 5k or less. I was holding my gold in case they released Guild houses if we had to buy them. Apparently that will be dealt with much later.

Aw, by now, I really want to open my avy shop, but I definetly cannot start before the 10th, besides... *sigh* If I start the shop, I hope I won't loose too much time (which means that I'll have to draw "simple" images, something that does not take four hours just to sketch out). Maybe four/five images per month... Also, I thought of limiting the "themes" that I might draw. This would be good for me, but would possible the customers agree with that? ... I really don't want to draw someone's original characters, because most of the time they don't evoke my interest I find it easier to draw characters to which I have something like a connection, even if that "connection" is the title of the series and the fact that I have a picture or two on my harddrive of that chara. sweatdrop Though I like the look of GAIA avatars, so drawing them is fun. ... As long as they are not overloaded with junk and/or are wearing any of those dumb masks (werewolf, Franky and stuff)....
^^; Oh my... I'm a nasty artist or what? ^^;
