Lily, tending to be shy in large crowds, had remained silent through the trip (soo sorry, guys! I had to babysit and my aunt doesn't have internet!) She sighed. Another stop to make before going home.

"Don't be an idiot, if he were ment to live, he will live. Halla is more important then one person!" Rugen said, loosing his temper."It is not her call either, I don't care if i'm not lead traveler, don't look at me like that, if you don't think Halla comes before one person, your a lame excuse for a traveler and Halla would be better off without you." He shook his head. Why are they being so stupid? If Halla goes down, so does everyone else. "The main problem is Saint Dane, were is he going and what is he going to do next? If we don't stop him, there goes Halla, and this Themba guy is flushed down the toilet as well! I don't know about you, but I want Eelong, my home, and all of your homes to be safe, not chaos."

"We were not ment to save him, if we are, it'll happen when we are on his territory. The traveler's perpose is to save the territories, not save one person and get distracted from our traveler mission." Rugen was trying his hardest to stay calm. Obviously, Christopher wasn't doing his job as a traveler and everyone else was thinking about themselves and not Halla. "We have to focus on the big picture, Halla." He grimaced and then continued,"If you want to leave, Chris, go back to your home territory and stay put. We can't affored to have any mistakes in saving Halla."

He said, gripping Christopher's arm as tight as he could. "And I really doupt that just becouse Ilandere said that she wanted to 'have him back' doesn't mean that he's the saviour of the territory. Just one man a whole territory doesn't make, Chris." ((I am the light of drama, I know. You should see my fanfictions! xD))

Lily sat, watching the argument. Trent had a point. she had been selfish... all she had been wanting to do was go back home. But it wasn't just her home, it was Jade's and Christoper's too. If one fell, Lily had the feeling that all the Earth territories would fall to Saint Dane.

Ilandere turned sour towards Rugen’s words. She stood up and glared at him menacingly while clenching her fists.
“If we were not meant to save Themba then Saint Dane would not have given us the chance!” Ilandere shouted furiously, “You say that this is all the way it was meant to be. If Themba were meant to die then he would have perished already! I am leaving tomorrow morning to save Themba whether you like it or not! I dare you to stop me from leaving for you will die at the cause of my two hands before you prevent me from going back to my home territory! If you do not want me to go then you can do whatever you want to stop me, but heed my warnings! I am going to Zadaa because that is where Saint Dane is. I’m surprised at you. You speak of saving Halla yet you refuse to go to the very territory that he is causing trouble! He is messing with my home! If it was your friend in danger and your territory at Saint Dane’s mercy then a guarantee you that you would have been there by now. Like I said, if Themba were meant to die then Saint Dane would not have given me the chance to save him and he would be dead. I am accepting Christopher’s volunteer and we will be leaving tomorrow, anyone else is welcome to come.”
She looked sternly at Rugen who shook his head, standing firm to his decisions.
“Have you no heart?!” she screamed, getting right in his face, “How can you just let someone die?!”
Ilandere’s eyes filled with tears as she said quietly, “Do you know how it feels to not be loved? Only two people in all of Halla have ever loved me. I am down to one and now his life is being threatened. I cannot let this happen. Not many people know my story. Only Izzy and a couple others. If you want to know then she might tell you but I will not repeat it to someone as heartless as you!” And with that Ilandere ran out of the crowded apartment. No one went after her; they all just sat quietly digesting what she had just said. They all looked to Izzy with sad gazes waiting to hear Ilandere’s story.

"You don't know what had happened to me either! I thought I was doing the right thing and do you know what happened? No! And maybe his time wasn't back then but later. I really could care less, infact, throw away everything! Join up with Saint Dane, save your stupid boyfriend! Just know I won't hesitate to kill you next time I see your face, go on! Go." Rugen had tears in his eyes as she left.
No one knows what happened to me either. They didn't care wether she died or not. I tried to save her, and it only ended as a nightmare. How dare Ilandere say I have of no heart!
-FlashBack-
Kaira and Rugen fled through the waterfall entrance and through the cleft. "Rugen! We can escape to Leeandra!" The Klee woman cried as the two were being chased by angry Gars. "Kaira, they'll kill me the momment I set foot there! They know of me and the Black Water Raiders, i'm one of the most hated Gars!" Rugen argued. Kaira shook her head,"Would you rather us both be killed by staying here? Besides, father is in council! He'll know that we were meant to be together, he'll spare your life Rugen!" She grabbed his hand and started pulling to the exit.
"Traitor!" One of the Gars shouted from afar. "You were our leader! And you brought a Klee into your home and gave it our food"
"Hurry! Rugen, please!" Kaira said in desperation. "No! Leave without me, i'll deal with them!" Rugen got out of her grip and pushed her toward the exit, to Leeandra. "Please, go!" She started to run, with tears welling up in her eyes. She turned back to see her love, standing there looking defeated. He had his head bowed and the Gars had caught up with him. One pointed a spear at Rugen's heart, about to kill him.
"No!" She cried, she started running for them. She lept in the way of the spear as it was thrown, and then, it happened.
Kaira fell over dead, her eyes wide with terror, blood trickling through her bright orange fur.
Rugen stared in horror as he saw his fiance laying there, lifeless, with cold, dead eyes.
-End of Flashback-
As the memory ended, Rugen burst into tears, not caring if his fellow travelers saw him. His knees were getting weaker, untill he dropped to the floor shouting,"I'm sorry Kaira! I should have gone with you to Leeandra! It's my fault!"
