Manga in Japan is like $3 a book, but even with import taxes over here they're like $6... English manga is like $10-14. It's totaly outrageous.

I don't want to read the English manga. I like my downloaded subs! They may not be accurate but more so than the horrible English translations.

I hate how that happens! I read the English manga first and found out about the anime. So i gave it a try and moved onto the japanese translated manga...which is so much ahead of the English one. I looked over my friends English version again and wanted to kill viz. The translations suck! Kage Bushin no jutsu is Technique of the Doppleganger. Come on people...that's Harry Potter talk! Not Naruto! I'm going to buy the English manga and white out all those bad translations and put in the japanese names...which they should be! I could go on forever on how much viz screwed up, but I keep going on and on...and people will be like, "Shut up laready! We get i! *throws brick at head*"

I want to cry! Naruto may be licensed here in America! They can't ruin the anime like they did the manga! Just think...those of us that are up to date...it would take another four-five years for them to get up to where we are now! That's too long! crying crying crying
The massive cultural phenomenon in Japan has been at the top of every anime fan's wish list in the US, and it is finally on its way here! Following the exploits of a young ninja in training Naruto, a feisty blonde kid holding the spirit of a ferocious nine-tailed demon in his body, the NARUTO series deals with his small team of adolescent ninjas, led by their teacher and mentor Kakashi.... Perhaps they know something we don't about it finally being on its way here. We will be watching closely to see if a license to the Naruto series is announced. - Narutofan.com
That's so wrong! They cannot license it here! It's already in the Philipenes, the Netherlands, and of course Japan.
