The only thing that scared me in 4 was the first time i broke open a crate and a snake was in it.
But other then that, the scariest thing to me was in RE1, when you enter the room with the keeper's diary, and the zombie comes out of the closet.

Zombie Dogs scare me and nothing else hearing the pads of the paws slowly walking then they speed up and you cant see it yet but you know its running to you I just get an adrenaline rush fighting them haha.

I'm freakin terrified of Regenerators and Iron Maidens from RE4... idk why, they just make me flip out... my sister has to go throught that hospital place for me.... sweatdrop

screw all of those. the regenarators scared the ball sweat off of me. first time around i pumped all of my ammo in his head and he still ate my face. I dare anyone to top that one.

Nemmisis!!! i hated how he jumped out at random times on my first play-through, but after awhile you knew when.

The Nderu from RE5.
I never heard anything about it. Never knew what to do. Saw it, and flipped out. I was literately screaming, "Oh my Gawd! What the heck is that!", and so forth so forth.
Plus, the bees and spiders from RE:UC.
I hate bugs, and was not expecting the bees.

Despite everything i've seen, it'd have to be zombies, yeah they're slow, and not hard to kill, but they still freak me out, everything else runs and you know where they're coming from, but zombies could be around the next corner.
