"Okay," Heiko said," It won't work seeing as procedure dictates that the village will stay fortified even if there is something going on outside. Be more specific."
Heiko was not the type to go haring off chasing a ghost nor was she the type to ignore a potential threat or attack. Besides, as far as she knew, they were on good terms with Hidden Rain. Nonetheless, she and Kingyo listened.

Kai Hyugiha Raikage Arashi "It still doesn't change the fact that they are show-offs," Heiko replied," Power without discipline or training is just that- raw power. Skilled and trained power will always win out."
Heiko and Kingyo finished up their patrol. The sun was starting to peek over the horizon linen and both of them yawned and waited until that magic hour and their replacements' arrival to head towards the Hokage Tower. "Kenji find the other i'm going ahead." Kai said as he kept jumping along the tree line. Not long after he saw Heiko and Kingyo. "Over here." Kai yelled trying to get their attention. Doinf what he's told, Kenji began to search for the other Jounin. It was long after someone started attacking Kenji, throwing kunais and shurikens. Doing his best to dodge, it was no use. "Ah!!!" A kunai was thrown and it hit his lower leg, his speed dereased due to the pain. "Damnit, AH!!!" Another was thrown and it hit him in the left shoulder blade. "Sh*t!!!"

Heiko was not the type to go haring off chasing a ghost nor was she the type to ignore a potential threat or attack. Besides, as far as she knew, they were on good terms with Hidden Rain. Nonetheless, she and Kingyo listened. "I've been following up rumors of a faction in the Hidden Rain village. They've been planning to attack Konoha for a while now. But I was never actually sure what the plan was. This factions main goal is to make the Hidden Rain the dominant military force. But now i'm sure their after something or someone powerful in the village." Kai said.

"I've recieved no intelligence on this. If our spies have not told us anything about this, then how do you know?" she asked.
Kingyo caught her hidden meaning and eased up off the wall, prepared to attack if necessary.

Kingyo caught her hidden meaning and eased up off the wall, prepared to attack if necessary. "Your spies were told to keep it secret by the Hokage. Only a select few were told by the Hokage. I was told because I was given the orders by the Hokage to find as much information about them as possible since your spies had other things to handle." Kai said looking at them.

Rio and Genma finally reached the wall and landed on a platform that led to stairs to the top of the wall. Rio looked either way down the wall to see the other Jonin teams getting to the wall at about the same time, "You guys certainly are coordinated." commented Rio as the made their way up the stairs. "We try," Genma said with a laugh. "But where's your backup?" asked Rio. "He might already be here." Said Genma as the reached the top of the stairs, "Now lets see what you think of our towns defenders." Genma contiued as he opened the door from the guard post they were in into the open walkway that was the top of the city wall......

In fact, he was gripping a log. Shinji concealed him self in a nearby tree. He quickly whipped out three kunai... "Tch, I hate using this technique..." Shinji whispered as he threw one kunai at the Rain Jounin. Being a Jounin, he caught it with his hands. Now that he had also found Shinji's location he took up a defensive, curved kunai and threw it. Luckily, the Rain Jounin took the bait and was thrown of guard. Shinji was directly behind him, he drew back his palm and thrust it towards the Jounin's back... If the man wasn't a Jounin, Shinji's attack would have been successful, but however...

"Never fear, Daisuke is here!" he laughed as he activated the sharingan.
THUD
A taller jounin smashed Daisuke's head face first into a tree and slung him over his shoulders.
