Extend the time seeing power to around 10 seconds. 2 isn't enough to make much of a difference unless you want it to work like "Spidey sense".

Thanks Sakura. I'll extened the power length then, I originaly had two seconds because I based it off a Staragte episode in season 8, DVD 2, episode 3, Avatar. Daniel Jackson and Teal'c enter a combat siimulator in which Teal'c has a two second time lag due to the fact the simulator has tolearn from his memories. Teal'cs mind ends up getting traped in the simulator leaving Daniel Jackson to help get him out and beat the game. Since he joins the simulation but does not have the time lag due to the fact he is directly linked to the simulator he is able to help Teal'c by seeing 2 seconds into the future, which isint really the future but the present.

That's why I have the two second time delay. This characetr actully took me a while to write and hte picture took even longer but, basicaly, I plan to use him for something (what that is I'm not quiet sure of) and I want to make him better. You know, less cliche, more realatable, and just more fun, I guess. So yeah, thanks for the help, it's appriciated.

Oh yeah, and in case anyone's wonder I did actully design him with Jeager's RP in mind, but I don't plan to use him. OKay, thanks, bye!

Likes: Sai, Sushi, his brothers (sometimes. Especially Mikey)

Dislikes: Pizza, his brothers (Usually. Especially Leonardo)

Powers: Low-level superhuman strength (can lift approx. 2 tons. 2.5 if he's willing to risk a hernia). Most other physical attributes slightly above peak human. Assorted abilities that stem from his turtle biology.

Weakness: Neuroses including a mild degree of paranoia. Raph is also known for a very short fuse. Finally, Raph has had only the most limited contact woith the surface world.

Skills: Trasined in the Foot styke of ninjitsu.

History: 4 Turtles were found in the gutter coated in green ooze (A by product of TCRI's experiments) by an already very skilled rat. The muating rodent took these turtles and raidsed them as his sons.
